Stay Suites-Echo 1 bedroom

Stay Suites are in the heart of Arnolds Park. We have added Multiple suites on the 2nd level of the former Our suites are named after locations on West Lake. You would be staying in Echo Bay. This is a 1 queen room with everything provided. It has a small living room with a smart tv and cable tv. There is a couch and 2 chairs so you can relax after a day at the lake. There is a kitchen with a microwave, coffee pot (k cup and grounds), toaster oven.

The Bunkhouse at Hobby Horse Acres

Beautiful rural acreage with private "bunkhouse" located minutes from the Okoboji Iowa Great Lakes, Historic Spencer, and the Clay County Fair, the world's greatest county fair. Enjoy the peaceful setting including outdoor fire pit area, gazebo area, playground, barn with animals to pet, fruit trees, and room to roam. Full kitchen is included. Two private bedrooms and plenty of hang-out space and extra sleeping spaces.

Center Lake Retreat Entire Lower Level Walk Out

As ofJuly 1, 2021 we moved into this beautiful Lakeside home. The AIRBNB is NOT our entire home but it is the entire lower level which is our home. Gorgeous, private lakeside views. It is spacious with a private entrance if suitable, large kitchenette, family room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, bath/shower full bathroom. Lakeside access. There is complete privacy with a Barn Door closure.

Charming Country Studio Cottage

Charming recently remodeled, country mother in law suite style studio! Attached on the far side of the garage from the main house(which is currently not lived in). Enjoy a cozy, quiet acreage, while being located 2.5 miles from Spencer! **Residential side of house is under construction, some siding is removed and windows are boarded! If crews are coming out will let you know.

Nice space, close to the lakes!

Two bedrooms with an additional pullout couch. Close to East Okoboji Lake, the splash pad at Memorial Park, and downtown shoppes and restaurants. Space for on street parking or off street parking in the back. No centralized air conditioning, but one window unit in the dining area and ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms. Great for families!

Barringer Slough cabin

Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay or come for some of the great hunting and fishing! This tiny cabin has Wi-Fi, Hulu, mini fridge, AC, heat, coffee maker, microwave and more! Charcoal grill, fire pit, and port a pot. There is a patio area as well. No running water.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Three bedroom country home located 2 miles off hard surfaced road and within close proximity to popular lakes including Five Island, Lost Island and Okoboji. Close to state hunting ground.
