La villa si trova in zona esclusiva con fantastica vista sul golfo dell'Asinara e sulla spiaggia de "La Pelosa", che dista 15 minuti a piedi. La villa è circondata da un grande patio e da un giardino recintato con prato verde e macchia mediterranea ricco di colori e profumi, ideale per i giochi dei bambini e per il relax di tutta la famiglia, con la massima sicurezza e riservatezza. La villa ha 6/8 posti letto, 3 camere, 2 bagni con doccia, soggiorno, cucina attrezzata e parcheggio privato.

The villa, built in the early 1970s, is among the first of the subdivision wanted by Angelo Moratti and therefore enjoys a spectacular view of Asinara. La nostra casa è inserita in un meraviglioso e tranquillo residence incastonato nella roccia tipica di Capo Falcone. La vista è sullo splendido mare della spiaggia della pelosa. All'interno del residence puoi lasciare l'auto senza problemi e raggiungere a piedi il mare in 5 minuti o la scogliera dietro casa che offre la possibilità sia di fare il bagno in un paesaggio che sembra quasi lunare. Inoltre abbiamo una nuova piscina condominiale aperta da metà giugno a metà settembre!!
