Sardinia - Calasetta town

Calasetta è un meraviglioso paese sul mare, tranquillo e magico. Questo fantastico alloggio con tanto spazio è situato a 5 minuti a piedi dalla prima spiaggia (Sottotorre). Le altre due spiaggie (Le Saline e Spiaggia grande) sono a pochi minuti di macchina. La casa è nel centro del paese. La casa è composta da una grande camera con letto matrimoniale, un'altra cameretta con letti singoli o componibile in matrimoniale, un grandissimo salone doppio con divano letto, cucina e bagno.

The newly built apartment is located on the first floor and is immersed in a quiet and peaceful environment, ideal for those looking for a break from the hectic pace of everyday life. Here you can reconnect with what really matters: the silence, the light of the sunset, the sound of the wind. It is a 5-minute walk from the center of the village and a little more from the beautiful sea.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

The nearest supermarket is 300 meters from the house.

There is also a courtyard with a large barbecue and table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners. On the second floor, there are the two bedrooms and the bathroom complete with sink, toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine.
