The apartment is completed in June 2018 . The project wanted to enhance and rediscover all the historical parts of the apartment and give it value. We designed the spaces so that we have two separate rooms with their own bathrooms . The house is a movement of spaces , elevations and materials . The attic room, accessible by a spiral staircase , enjoys the view of the port . From the living room, there's a view that crosses the Jewish quarter and captures a corner of the sea . Lighting is everywhere

The room without kitchen has a separate entrance and is situated in the heart of the historical center, surrounded by many shops, bars and typical restaurants. In few minutes you can walk to both the beach and the rocks. Within walking distance there are the bus stops for various destinations (airport, beaches, other tourist destinations). You will appreciate the privacy, the location, the comforts, the cleaning. My accommodation is suitable for couples, lonely adventurers, business travelers.

Nella zona notte una grande stanza da letto con spaziosi armadi, secondo balconcino e bagno interno che guardano il centro storico. Secondo bagno completo di doccia esterno alla camera. By choosing this place you will be close to the most fascinating beaches of Alghero at 5/10 minutes walk. The old town is at 30/40 minutes by walk and 5/10 minutes by car or public transport. These beaches, with their high dunes of white sand and almost transparent water (Baia dei Venti, Maria Pia, La Conchiglia), are unique in Alghero for having a Pine tree forest that separates them from streets and traffic and which provides a nice shade from the heat of the sun.

The terrace is surrounded by Mediterranean plants that further enhance the breathtaking view of the Pelosa sea and Asinara island. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the beach.
