Our place is 100 plus years old that have been fully renovated inside and out Spring 2019. Everything you need to enjoy your stay is provided. Enjoy and relax watching the sunset over the ocean from your balcony after a long day exploring the beautiful historic Bonavista.

Isaac John Groves Heritage House

Isaac John Groves heritage home is located in the heart of historic Bonavista. Built in the 1860's and restored in 2004, it is a recognized heritage property and has received the Southcott Award. It is a 2 minute walk to Church Street where you will find restaurants, churches, pubs, and shops. This 3 bedroom house is a great place for families or friends to come relax or explore and take in the beautiful surroundings of the Bonavista peninsula.
