Peaceful and picturesque it is just minutes from Craggy Range, Black Barn and Te Mata Wineries, or a short drive to the Village of Havelock North, Te Mata Peak or Ocean Beach. Offering serene river views, peaceful surrounds, a luxurious hot tub and a prime location we look forward to welcoming you to this little piece of paradise.

The Pavilion

The Pavilion is set in gorgeous lawns and gardens just a 10 minute stroll along the Karamu Stream to the vibrant village of Havelock North. Designed by Pete Bossley, one of New Zealand's top architects, The Pavilion is a delightful example of small space living with an expansive feel. We are pet friendly and guests are most welcome to use the shared swimming pool located about 50m away. Breakfast provisions are included. We run a yoga studio on the property with daily classes.

Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, it is a15-minute walk to the village and too great Restaurants and shopping. This three-bedroom open Plan living home has two deck areas to relax with a glass of wine with views to the ranges from the main deck or relax in the Spa on the rear deck. The house has a fully equipped Kitchen and a BBQ on the front deck. The Master bedroom has a Super comfortable King bed with quality Linen and a fully tiled ensuite with dual vanity.

Situated on a very special, peaceful, slice of paradise, on an apple orchard, on the northern outskirts of the village. Minutes from Hawkes Bay's amazing attractions. A twenty five minute drive to the Napier airport. Our swimming pool is situated behind the main house, 30 meters over the paddock.
