Holiday rentals with beach access in Split-Dalmatia County

The house is located in a beautiful and peaceful neighbourhood, there is a beatiful park in front of the balcony. Balcony is a perfect place to sit and enjoy the sonunda of the birde singing. The house is the same as it is on the photos. It is clean and has everything we need to have in a house. We recommend it to others looking for a clean and cozy house in Split.

We enjoyed staying at Gorana's apartment. It is spacious, calm, clean and has everything you need. The view of the sea is amazing and the pebble beach is a few minutes' walk away. It is a 25 - 30 minute walk into town, but in return for that you get a quiet and peaceful environment. There are several good non-touristy places to eat within 10 - 15 minutes - the Skipper pizzeria, with great views of the marina, is particularly good. The Meštrovic Gallery and chapel are a few minutes' walk away and well worth a visit. Overall, a very nice place to stay on our first visit to Split.

Enjoyed my stay here a lot. Place was spotless and clean and Jakša was extremely helpful and accomodating, particularly with check in and check out and provided lots of helpful tips and recommendations.

Had a great stay at Mireja’s place right next to the sea and we had paddle boards with us which we stored in her lovely manicured garden. The actual apartment was spotless and I mean spotless, it had absolutely everything you could need. The bed and bedding was wonderful, a lovely balcony and air con too. Our host was also lovely, so friendly and accommodating. A fantastic stay we will return for sure.

Absolutely amazing stay!! Definitely recommend this place if you are traveling to Split! Unbeatable location, with everything within walking distance: the sites, restaurants, shopping, bars, etc. it also has the best coffee shop just right downstairs. The apartment itself is super clean, cute, and comfortable. It was easy to find and easy to get into. Antonija was a fabulous host! She was very helpful, responsive, and welcoming. She goes above and beyond for her guests and thinks of even the little things such as providing a bottle of water and a couple other beverages. She provides robes and little chocolates like you would find at a hotel. Small details that are much appreciated! We also asked for some extra towels to bring on a boat tour we had scheduled, and she dropped them off almost right away! Great place, great host with great recommendations. :)

Great location, amazing harbor and islands view from the patio, very walkable to many restaurants and ~20 minute walk into the historic district which you can walk along the beach or a bit more direct along streets. Easy, short walks to multiple beaches both up and down the coast...providing options for quiet beaches or those with restaurants/bars, and activities. Very clean, comfortable, and with a private parking spot. Katarina our Host was proactive with meeting us at check-in, providing local advice and checking up to be sure everything was well...which is was! For a stay in Split, 100% would stay again!!

Jelena's apartment was perfect, very beautifully appointed and very well equipped. We were met by our host and her very helpful son on arrival and was given help carrying our lugguge upto the apartment. The apartment was centrally located for all attractions around Split and also nearby beaches, which can be a accessed by a short walk through the park just across the road from the apartment. We join all positive reviews. Ivana is the best hostess we've ever met, as well as Billy and the cat. The apartment is totally cozy, nothing is missing. We even found a bottle of water, homemade cakes and fresh cherries. We liked that there were both feather pillows and cotton pillows. The outdoor kitchen is fantastic and equipped with everything. The highlight is of course the large terrace with a wonderful view of the bay. There were so many beautiful seating options. Billy liked to accompany us to the village and was not intrusive to our old dog and in general. You just have to love him. The farewell was difficult for us - thank you for this wonderful holiday.

We spent an incredible 6 nights here. The views are out of this world. We loved the easy access to Sveta Nedilja's small but beautiful beach just below the house. The property has so many options for outside seating and lounging, and every corner is as beautiful as the next. We also loved the local restaurant, a 2 minute walk away! Marija is a wonderful, warm and kind host who made us feel so welcome. We cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Lovely Villa, beautiful outdoor space with pool and sun terrace. Lovely access to the sea via Beach with padel board and kayak. Very nice spot.

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Kozica! Everything about it was perfect — from the peaceful location surrounded by nature to the thoughtful design and comfort of the home itself. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable holiday. Ivan was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always available if we needed anything but also gave us complete privacy. You can tell a lot of care and love went into creating this space — it's even better than the photos! If you're looking for a quiet retreat in the Croatian countryside this is the place to be. We would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

We had a great experience staying at Marin’s place, he was such a great host, super friendly and always ready to help if we needed anything. The apartment was lovely and comfortable with everything you need and fantastic views. The possibility to use his bicycles was great! One of the most beautiful bike rides we’ve experienced, such gorgeous views! We’d love to come back again sometime and would really recommend staying at Vanja C!

What a fantastic location. Peace and quiet and the beautiful sea. Lovely hospitable hosts. Super friendly and genuine. The BBQd fish they bought us for lunch was the best we had ever had. If you want to get away from it all then this is the place to come. We stayed a week and didn’t use the car once.

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

The apartment is a short walk into the heart of the old town in Split with a great view out onto the Adriatic. It is a good size space for 3/4 people with everything you could need. Klajdi was a great host. *Outside of the apartment is a construction site but this did not take away from the view nor did it impact our stay greatly.

The most amazing Airbnb! My friends and I loved our stay and if we ever come back to Hvar we will definitely be booking again. The view is beautiful, the location is perfect only 5 mins walk to the beach and restaurants. Overall, Frane is a great host, communicated well and very helpful. Thank you for letting us stay :)

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. It is a great location and we really had the chance to rest out. Trogir is walking distance and the beach was straight down the road. Klara our host, was helpful and always available to communicate with us. I can recommend to stay there.

Great comfortable apartment within walking distance of the beautiful city of Split.

Maya, her son, and father are amazing!!! Very friendly and accommodating. We spent the most time here during our 2 week Euro trip. Fantastic views from the balcony and a great place to relax with lounge chairs and a table to eat at. Right on the water with a great walk down to the shore where you can jump right into the sea! Space was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was SO nice. By far the nicest bathroom of anywhere we stayed. Maya's father took us out on his boat with his beagle. It was amazing. He knew the best spots, shared cool information/stories. It was a very authentic/non touristy experience. Maya let us borrow snorkel gear and that was beyond awesome because we snorkeled in the sea by the house but also on our boat trip which was truly special. She also provided homemade olive oil which was divine. WONDERFUL experience and stay.

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.
