Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Following the recent activation of the limited traffic zone (ZTL), our garage cannot be reached during closing hours. A period residence in the heart of the historic center of Assisi, convenient for getting around on foot with free on-site parking. The house includes a large dining room with a view of the Basilica of Santa Chiara, a kitchen, and two bedrooms with two private bathrooms equipped with a bathtub and a shower. Equipped with Wi-Fi, television, and heating.

La Dimora di Gilda è una moderna dependance composta da un saloncino con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, angolo cottura, una camera da letto (anch'essa matrimoniale) ed un bagno privato. La Dimora si trova all'interno di un giardino di un antico Casaletto in pietra ('700), immersa nella campagna umbra con ulivi e piante da frutta a soli 2,5 Km dal centro di Spoleto ('5 di auto). In caso non si disponga di mezzo proprio sono disponibile ad un servizio navetta.
