Internet Wi-Fi. Private terrace and balcony. Towels and bed linings provided for all guests. The apartment is on a 4th floor. Touristic/city tax INCLUDED in price. MINORS (under 21), are NOT allowed, so at check in, we reserve the right of admission. Thanks for understanding. Exception: minors over 7 years old, with parents. Smoking is totally forbidden in the whole apartment (fines may be applied if not respected), except in the back balcony. Towels are only for apartment use, NOT to take to the beach. Bicycles are NOT allowed inside the apartment. LATE CHECK IN: arriving after 23.30hs, there is an extra 20 euros fee, that have to be paid, cash, on arrival.
