Apartment in former four-sided courtyard near Berlin

The small 40 sqm apartment on the 2nd floor is located on a former four-sided courtyard in the old village center. The courtyard with seating and a grill and the large garden plot with, among other things, fruit trees and shrubs can also be used. Berlin-Mitte is 30 km away, the A 10 highway connection is about 10 km. Good regional train connection to Berlin-Ostkreuz (travel time approx. 40 minutes) in Werneuchen, 2.5 km away. In the surrounding area you can (cycle) hike and swim in lakes.

Apartment near the park and water

Lovingly designed apartment with box spring bed, kitchenette, small shower room with window and infrared heating, private patio terrace and private entrance in a quiet residential area. The construction corresponds to a small bungalow (28 sqm). There is free public parking in the area, and there are 2 e-charging stations in front of the studio. Direct parking, about 180 m to the shore. The studio is thoroughly cleaned after every visit, disinfecting the surfaces. Check in/out via key box.

Mini Apartment Altbau Prenzlauer Berg

Here you will find a mini apartment (18 square meters) with everything you need for a stay of a few days. Bed, kitchen and shower are open-plan and ensure that you do not feel confined, despite the few square meters. The toilet has its own door. Located on the 5th floor of a renovated old building in the popular Winsstraße, private entrance and rear view into the countryside (no elevator). We also live in the house and will be happy to help you with any questions or tips.

Maybach Apartment - Location. Design. Comfort

Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Central Studio in Berlin Friedrichshain

The 50-sqm studio is well equipped and divided into a hallway, bathroom and a very spacious living, sleeping and kitchen area. The location is central, yet quiet, overlooking the large courtyard. Highlight of the apartment is the large and inviting terrace for relaxing. To discover Berlin, you are within walking distance of one of Berlin's most famous nightlife districts (Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg) and quickly by U-Bahn and S-Bahn to all other Berlin attractions.

Quiet Studio Apartment close to Mauerpark

The apartment is located perfectly to explore the city either on foot, by local transport, by bike or go directly shopping in the neighborhood. You will also find a historic walkway explaining the division of Berlin very close by....make yourself comfortable between an extraordinary past and a promising future of a remarkable city.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

This wonderful new 120 sqm attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is in the Viktoriakiez (quiet location) - 2 min walk to the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and 5 min walk to the Rummelsburger Bucht on the water. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop from the trendy Ostkreuz and 2 stops from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. Thus, a private boat tour through Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

Our lovely apartment is in an attic of a beautiful house built at the end of XIX century. It is a very bright and modern place with a creative flair. The apartment consists of bedroom, living room with kitchen, bathroom (with bathtub and shower) and balcony. Each room has high ceilings and rooftop windows (These windows and balcony door can not be darkened)The apartment is located nearby to a free parking zone (800m).
