House holiday rentals in Springdale

Girl's Trip was a success! Beautiful home, comfortable, peaceful, just as described. The sunrise was breathtaking. Fog filled the sky above the lake making it look as if we were up in a plane - floating on clouds. I would suggest bringing a couple additional rolls of toilet paper and a roll of paper towels (depending on how long your stay is). Those items are supplied: one roll TP per bathroom and one roll of paper towels, once those run out, you run out. We were prepared for this as we read the reviews. The water tastes good if you are one that is concerned on that. There is an ice maker in the freezer. The dishwasher has a few pods to run a cycle or two. Washer and dryer worked well and they supplied a few pods for laundry too. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The large windows are incredible. Smart tvs allow you to stream services that you are subscribed too. WiFi worked excellent. Mother Nature showed us her glory with thunderstorms, sunrises, birds, bats and bunnies!!

We loved our stay! My daughter was a huge fan of the pool. It is a quiet neighborhood close to many activities. We needed a battery for the remote for a ceiling fan and Aimee dropped one off that day, which we appreciated.

Amazing location for Mountain Biking, highly recommend if you are looking to bike from where you are staying. The pool is a huge plus for hot days, and great to lounge around. The beds and pillows were wonderfully comfy, we all slept great! Kitchen and household supplies could be better stocked, especially for those who like to cook (more bowls/cutting knives/pizza cutter) and we ran out of toilet paper and dishwasher pods after 3 days. The upstairs also stays pretty warm even with the AC, but we are from Wisconsin so maybe we aren't used to that lol. Kitchen chairs could also be updated as they are pretty worn down and uncomfortable if you plan on playing games. Would gladly stay here again in the future!

Beautiful home close to town yet felt secluded in the country. (other than times when events were going on next door, which were not a problem at all.) Great pool area with lots of pool toys, fire pit, seating, hot tub and shade. Comfortable beds and a nice big kitchen, as well as two living rooms too. Pool is down a hill and some stairs, so might be hard for mobility impaired. Lots of wildlife on property, we saw deer, beaver, lizards and a large variety of birds. Host was very responsive. Great home, nice pool, perfect location.

The home is beautiful, the wooded seclusion felt like we were in our own home, this was my first trip ever to Rogers Arkansas and i loved everything about it and i would highly recommend the stay to anyone!

This was a great place for our family getaway weekend. The pool, hot tubs, basketball court, disc golf, ping pong table, and shuffleboard fit the bill for our teen grandson! Great place to spend quality time together away from the hustle and bustle of crowds!!!

Location was spectacular! We found it to be close enough to everywhere we needed to be but off the beaten path in a beautiful wooded area. The place itself was clean and brightly decorated and cozy. There were lots of nicely provided personal touches. The beds were comfortable. Would love to stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at The Mary Lou! Dianne had wonderful communication throughout the entire stay, and was extremely accommodating to the children we had with us--which was a big WIN in our book! She put out a toy rocking chair for the kids to sit in, popsicles in the freezer, water in the fridge, snacks, had a bed rail available to use, booster seats, a pop up bathtub for the littles if needed and so much more! We were in town for a baseball tournament, and she even put out disposable baseball-themed plates for us! Those small details make all the difference! So appreciated! The house was in a quiet neighborhood, extremely well-stocked and visitor-friendly, and very comfortable! Seriously--other than personal items, and food, we honestly wouldn't have had to provide ANYTHING to make staying here comfortable! It was so cozy, and there were so many extra amenities provided by this host--It really made our stay enjoyable. Would book here again in a heartbeat!

We had the greatest Father’s Day getaway! The home was absolutely perfect—clean, comfortable, and had such a peaceful energy. Todd was an awesome host—super communicative and kind. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. Everything about the stay felt amazing. We’re so grateful for the experience and would definitely love to come back!

Sean was fantastic. We had an issue with the dryer and he immediately dropped everything and came over within 15 minutes to resolve the problem. We would stay again.

We had a great visit. The house was as described. We love the hot tub and the outside area in the back. Bedrooms were spacious and very clean would definitely recommend.

Beautiful place with stunning views from the back porch and windows. Perfectly perched at the top of Neill's Bluff. Short drive for fishing access, restaurants and stores. Also, a good find for baseball families because it is centered in the middle of the big tournament fields, north to south, and there is a large yard for wiffle ball/soft toss.

Came to town for my daughter’s softball tournament, and Rex’s place was perfect! Very clean and kitchen and bathrooms were supplied well. Thanks for the hospitality!

The house was bigger than we needed (for a couple) but so glad we stayed there. Totally remodeled & everything was squeaky clean. Master bedroom & bathroom are very nice, including furnishings throughout the house. Great patio, grill & hot tub - which unfortunately we couldn't use due to lots of rain. The kitchen is well stocked but we were out for all our meals & only used the coffee maker. If you are in need of an airbnb in this area, I would definitely recommend this property. We were visiting our son who was only 5 minutes away.

The home was perfect for us, there were 4 of us working at Fastlanes installing a new Laser Tag Arena. It was nice to come 'home' to a pleasant house with ALL the amenities you could need. The mattresses are memory foam, something none of us had slept on previously. Slept well though. Host communication was excellent. We would definitely book this home again.

Wonderful stay, thoughtful details! Easy check in/out. Stayed here a few days over Thanksgiving while in town to see family & absolutely loved it. Looks exactly as pictured, decorated so well and hosts have thought of everything! Kitchen is stocked with anything you might need for a longer stay or if you're wanting to make more meals instead of eating out. It's a short drive to the interstate, so it doesn't take long to get to places like Fayetteville or Bentonville. The AirBnB is less than half mile from the Razorback Greenway if you're looking for a great place to walk, run or bike. & Downtown Springdale is less than a mile away via the Greenway, and has some fantastic restaurants! We wish we could have spent more time just enjoying this house! It was unfortunately a little too cold to enjoy the back patio in the mornings/evenings, but would be the PERFECT spot for a slow morning with a good cup of coffee if it's nice out! Thanks for creating such a wonderful place to stay!

From the initial inquiry to booking, arrival and departure, John and Melissa were exceptional hosts. The house was perfect for our week's stay with everything we needed to feel right at home. The kitchen was fitted with everything we could possibly use. We were appreciative of the sharp knives. It was a bonus to have a laundry room and we enjoyed the back deck in the afternoons to read and have a cold drink. Very pleasant. The interior was thoughtfully created with plenty of room for food prep, having meals and watching TV. One bedroom was outfitted as an office and it was perfect for my husband to set up his laptop and work on his pictures that he had taken during the day. A notebook was available with suggestions on places to see and things to do. Many small touches were appreciated - lovely amenities in the bathrooms and many units in each room to plug in our electronics. Comfortable bed! I would recommend John and Melissa's rental highly and would return in a heartbeat!

The stay was nice, though I did notice the throw blanket could’ve been a little fresher.

Was in town for work. Great centrally located place. Quick response time and very easy to find.

Frank was so prompt communicating with us and even compensated us for a plumbing problem that he arranged to have fixed as quickly as possible. Nice, nice home with everything we needed, and we would absolutely stay there again unless we find anything comparable closer to my workplace next time.
