Like new guest house finished in May 2023. The house sits behind our home and is attached to our shop. Perfect for 1-3 adults or a family of 4. The bedroom has a king bed and the living area has a full size futon. Families are welcome to enjoy the nice yard with gas fire pit, playground, and front patio. Safe and friendly neighborhood with walking paths nearby. Sunset views are excellent from the top of the street. Easy freeway access and minutes from Idaho State University and the Hospital.

Plenty of parking is available if you are bringing a boat or work vehicles. It’s a quick 10-15 minute drive to American Falls. Kick back and relax in this calm, rustic home. It’s romantic design is perfect for any special getaway. The land is on the top of a hill, and backed up against BLM land. You have the best view of the city, and trails for walking or biking right out the front door. There is an office space for remote work, and a theatre room in the basement. We are 3 minutes from the free way and 2 from the hospital. Lava Hot Springs: 25 min away, Skiing: 15 min away, Yellowstone: 2.5 hours away.

Great location with easy access to the interstate. Perfect for someone on a road trip! Place is cute and functional. Bed was very comfortable. Especially loved having options for coffee in the morning and fridge/freezer to store the items out of my cooler. Didn't use the washer/dryer but I'm sure they'd come in handy for a lot of people. I'd definitely stay here again.

Deanna was wonderful and went above and beyond for our family’s stay at Magnolia Manor. She even purchased a baby gate and had it delivered directly to the property for us. Traveling with littles always has the potential to be stressful and Deanna helped make our trip seamless!
