Great location for seeing the Lincoln historical exhibits. We loved being in this historic building. The house is so beautifully maintained. Our suite was a blend of contemporary and vintage. Bed was comfortable, bathroom lovely. Living room comfortable. Used the kitchenette for light breakfast in the morning. Must be able to navigate steep staircase to second floor. Would love to return during summer months and use the lovely outside space.

We had a fantastic stay in the George Suite on our trip out west on Route 66! The space was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and comfortable. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in a breeze. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home and the beautiful outside! Highly recommend the Pasfield House to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

I loved this place, it was within walking distance of almost all the historic places I wanted to go to and was a beautiful and clean. It was very nice to stay in a house that was special in its own right. Parking was great and free, and I appreciated the pride flag outside, it made me feel pretty comfortable with who I was giving my money to. I unfortunately did have some issues with the jets in the bathtub, but the hosts were kind about it and promised to look into it before the next guest. The entrance stairs were a bit disappointing as they were a servant’s staircase instead of the grand one inside, but I was satisfied to wander around a bit on my own to see the rest of the house. It would be really cool if there was some more information about it around or someone there to talk to. I did not order breakfast, but the options did look interesting, though unfortunately I couldn’t find a way to order any drinks. Otherwise it was great and I would gladly take another trip here!

Really clean and nice. It has stairs going down to enter it which could be challenging for seniors and it’s a basement apartment. But it’s well light and cozy.

The pictures were great, but in person looked even better. Really clean, spacious and great price . Host was very friendly and responsive at all hours and responded quickly when I had questions. Parking was annoying on the first day since the garage was closed when we got there, but the other days were no problem since street parking is free on the weekend. So I recommend preparing in advance as I did not. Location is great for exploring downtown, as everything is walking distance. Also, I had my daughters and the area felt really safe. I only rated it as inconvenient because the parking, and we kept going back and forth to the car, because we were there for a wedding.(But again, poor planning on my part.) Overall, easy check in and check out, host was wonderful, and definitely would recommend if you wanted to explore Springfield.

This place was wonderful, exactly what we needed. My husband and I normally don’t sleep well when we travel, but this time we actually slept! The mattress was firm but not hard. I normally sleep on a medium (not firm, not soft) mattress at home and was worried I wouldn’t be able to sleep, but I had no problems at all. Sober was also very responsive, we couldn’t find the extra pillow cases so she brought some over and brought some portable fans for us at 10pm the night we checked in, she was there in less than 20 minutes. There’s a small grass backyard that was perfect for tossing a ball for our dogs so they could get some exercise . I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Springfield, one of my best Airbnb experiences.

Nice place

Very cute, cozy apartment! Everything was spotless. Couches outdated, but very comfortable and clean. I was worried about the neighbors being loud but they weren’t at all. If given the chance, I’d stay again!

Elizabeth was a great host! We needed to find a pet friends space in a pinch and our stay here was very comfortable and convenient. The neighborhood was great and the space was clean and had lots of room for our family.
