Elisa was super helpful and accommodating. We had a very enjoyable stay and felt very rested and comfortable. Truly felt like a home away from home. If we are back in the area we will 100% try and stay here again.

Lovely living space. This stay was now my second time staying there as my wife and I stayed there last August. If I’m ever in the area again and need a place to stay, all bets point toward this listing. I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a one or multiple nighter. There’s a wonderful local bar/restaurant literally next door, Rapscallion, with great food, friendly staff, and a nice selection of drinks (if that’s your thing). Overall… 10 out of 10, would do again.

Exceptional Airbnb! Julie was welcoming and responsive, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—quiet yet conveniently close to everything you might need. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free place to stay.

We stayed 4 nights at Aisjah's beautiful rental for our daughter's wedding at Union Station Banquets. What a perfect location. Everything is within walking distance and yet the home is beautiful and quiet with gorgeous flowers all around. Absolutely spotless home that seems brand new; kitchen has new appliances and all the necessities and linens were plentiful and spotless. Bedrooms, living room and large full bathroom are upstairs while the kitchen and eating area are downstairs. Hope to have another opportunity to stay here!

Matti was a friendly and thoughtful host who made us feel welcome from the start. He reached out ahead of time with helpful info and made check-in easy. The place matched the listing perfectly—if anything, it was a bit nicer than expected—and was a great value for the area. Both bedrooms were comfortable and had blackout shades. The shower had great water pressure and was a nice way to start the day. Everything was clean and functional, and we enjoyed the custom furniture pieces. The location was another plus- it was easy to get around on foot. We walked to dinner, grabbed coffee in the morning, and picked up a few things from the grocery store—all without needing to drive. Overall, this was a great place to stay with everything we needed. I’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a well-priced, comfortable option in the area.

It's not a private space with a door that locks behind you, but it felt pretty private up on the top floor of that huge old house. The main room is enormous, with plenty of open space if you wanted to do yoga or whatever. The bedrooms are also a good size, and there was lots of space for my dog. It took a moment to get use to not having a sink in the "kitchen" area, but the bathroom sink is kitchen sink sized, and had everything you'd need to clean up breakfast dishes. All in all it was a good value for a place that was virtually private and had 2 bedrooms, AND allowed me to bring my dog.

I was able to make reservations for the next day, and host responded to my request within MINUTES. I could not be more pleased and will definitely return. The place was meticulous! One added amenity that I have not seen anywhere else is the AIRBNB access to Prime tv. This was a major hit with my husband. Thank you so much for your video as well, showing exactly how to access the premises. We are very happy visitors!

Eric was a great host and Carolina was super easy to work with. Instructions were clear and detailed making getting settled in great. The location is perfect with a lot of things to do within walking distance. The apartment is beautifully remodeled and very spacious for 4 adults. I would definitely stay again given the great experience we had.

Such a great location. Short walk to restaurants and shops. Sorry our stay was so short, it would have been fun to do more exploring.

This place was great! I stayed overnight and had very pleased with the comfortability and accommodations provided. Lucienne was very communicative throughout the process. Would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at Erica's with our 2 month old. Erica provided a crib, and it was safe for infant sleeping. We enjoyed sitting on the porch, and ended up cooking a full dinner for local friends one night. The kitchen had all the basics that we needed. It was a short trip so we didn't have much time to explore the property, but it looked beautiful and we enjoyed hearing the frogs at night and birds during the day. The apartment is HUGE, and we found it very comfortable. It'll be our go-to for future visits in the area!

What a treat it was to stay at Jacqueline's place – a former button factory! Everything about this place is thoughtful, from the host to the furnishings. It's clear that a lot of consideration has gone into this Airbnb. Jacqueline was kind and communicative without being obtrusive, and she was quick to respond. We had no issues that she needed to respond to though! Everything went perfectly smoothly. The apartment was absolutely pristine, perhaps the cleanest rental I have ever encountered. We were so impressed that this rental had everything one needs to be cozy and live (and cook) comfortably, but it is not cluttered or overdone. Also, the location (and free parking) can't be beat! Finally, what could be a nightmare check-in process with other hosts was easy, clear, and smooth thanks to the instructions Jacqueline sends prior to renting. Again, there were absolutely no issues with anything, and we would rent this place again in a heartbeat (and wish to live in it permanently)!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Karen’s guest house apartment! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location while in town for a wedding at Valley View farm, 2 min away. The property is also a very short distance from Northampton. Karen was proactive and reached out well in advance with clear instructions for parking and check-in. We mistakenly did not formally include our small dog in the reservation details, but she was extremely understanding and prepared with special blankets to cover the couch for us. The air conditioning kept us cool, the kitchen was extremely clean and well stocked, and the bathroom was great (lovely tiled shower). Plenty of towels. The yard was also lovely and perfect for walking our dog. Check out instructions were very simple and clear. Much quicker and expected less than other hosts. Next time we’re in Western mass, we will definitely stay with Karen again! 😊

The stay at Norma's made our trip. We drove from Washington State to Massachusetts. So to arrive at such a beautiful and cozy spot eased all the travel tension. When I'm back in the Chicopee area, I'll be looking up Norma's. I have to ask where the bed's and bed pillows came from. That was a more comfortable sleep then at my own house! I can't thank Norma enough for opening up her place for us lucky people to rest and recuperate. Thank you Norma!!!

The Tibet house was a charming place for us. There are steep steps to access the suite which we didn’t mind at all. It was peaceful and inviting!

Great place! Everything was very nice. The extra "goodies" (fresh fruit, coffee, ...) were appreciated. If I'm ever in the area, I would definitely stay here again.

Sandra's place is private, clean, and well-appointed. We hardly had any problem finding this place, and it is fairly close to all necessary amenities - highways, grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. You need a car to have this place as a base, but all amenities are within 5-10 minute ride of this place. The best thing about this apartment is it is WELL FURNISHED. Pretty much what we need for a comfortable stay, it had. Be it comfortable bed(s) with pillows & comforters, clean bathroom with fresh towels & toiletries, a really well-equipped kitchen & pantry. We enjoyed the space. Sandra is also very responsive and took care of any of our requests immediately. Thank you, Sandra. A wonderful place, and great place for families! Viji & Kumaran

Falcon's Nest was a fabulous place to stay in the area - everything there was clean and spotless, a truly homey feeling right from the start. The house itself is stylishly done - starting from architectural elements and through small details around the house. The grounds outside are breathtaking - there's an awesome hot tub, grill, fire pits, and a lake - beautiful nature all around. Location is very convenient to all landmark sights in the area and a variety of hiking trails. Johny and Kate were incredibly accommodating - quickly responding to all our questions and providing valuable recommendations. Overall, this was a great experience that exceeded our expectations!

Brittany is an incredibly kind and responsive host. Everything in her place is pristine and lovely, making for very comfortable accommodation! From an easy check-in to a great location for enjoying all the local activities and restaurants, it’s a great choice. I do wish I’d taken the very few reviews that mentioned street noise more seriously because one of my family members is a very light sleeper and had an extremely hard time with the constant traffic that doesn’t really end at any point in the night or early morning, and the beeping at the crosswalk (we think that was just a temporary issue given no pedestrians were crossing most of the time). The noise machine and ear plugs that Brittany thoughtfully provides didn’t help them, unfortunately.
