Akram is an exceptional host very friendly, professional, and quick to respond. The house was beautiful and exactly like the photos. It’s located in a peaceful and safe neighborhood. If I ever return to the DMV area, I will definitely book this place again!

We had a family event over the Memorial Day weekend and booked Tewodros’s place in Alexandria for 3 nights. The house is located in a cul-de-sac in a quiet residential area with wooded land in the back. Inside it was neat, uncluttered, spotless and tastefully decorated. The living areas had ample seating for us to unwind at the end of the day. The beds were extremely comfortable ensuring a good nights sleep. Small things like charging ports for cellphones at the bedside tables were an added convenience. We parked one of our cars in the garage so we could park three cars without problems. Tewodros was a great host. Very responsive and helpful. The location of the house is great for trips to DC and the surrounding areas but I wish we had more free time just to relax in the house itself.

Quiet, private, CLEAN and COMFY. A perfect little place for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 toddlers) to relax in between exploring the area!

We frequently visit Alexandria to visit family . We have a large family and look for a large home to accommodate everyone. Chau’s beautiful chateaux met all our needs . Location was perfect. Everyone had their own bedroom, the house was clean , kitchen was well stocked . I will stay here again and would highly recommend this beautiful house ! Thanks Chau for hosting us . 🥰

Good location to stay for Washington DC trip.

This place feels like home. A kitchen and a laundry room are all we need. The house is very spacious and has a great outdoor environment. This is a comfortable place. Gale responded to all questions promptly.

I had a great stay here! I really loved that I was able to find a place that allowed me to travel with my dog! Great location, very close to everything in DC and great places in Arlington. 10/10 recommend!

Stayed here for two nights, Micheal was an impeccable host. The place was just as described, near to everything, and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Rebecca’s place was much bigger than we expected and had everything we needed. So happy that our dogs were able to stay with us! Beautiful, quiet neighborhood with a path nearby that lead to a playground and area to walk our dogs. Will definitely stay again!

John and Adam were excellent hosts. There were very responsive to my questions and issues. I loved the grounds and very well stocked kitchen. I would gladly stay there again.

Trish’s place was very clean , cozy and spacious! She is a very polite host and we would certainly come back if visiting Bethesda again!

I came back just a few days later because I could not stop thinking about this place. The gas fireplace once again created the perfect cozy environment after long workdays. The unit is not only beautiful but also perfectly equipped for an extended stay. Everything I needed to feel settled and focused was already there. The hosts were just as wonderful the second time. Still one of my favorite stays in DC.

Fantastic place to stay for us. We were on the go constantly from one event to the next and Heather’s place was perfectly located for us to freshen up and change easily. There were plenty of restaurants and stores right nearby as well. The proximity to the metro was amazing. After leaving late one night from an event, we realized just how easy and shorter than expected the walk back to the house was. We couldn’t have chosen a better spot for this trip. We’d definitely come back.

My in laws and I had a great stay at Krystof's house. It was a great location for what we needed and we loved the grocery store down the street. The house is beautiful and we enjoyed the open concept kitchen. They were great hosts and when we had questions they were quick to respond and friendly. We will absolutely plan to stay again!

The place has great views on a nice end lot property; super natural light, high ceilings with comfortable beds! Highly recommended.

This was an amazing place to stay!

This place and our stay exceeded our expectations! We really appreciated all the deliberate attention to detail with big necessities and small conveniences. The bathroom in the master bedroom was phenomenal and we loved being able to play music from the fridge! There was also very adequate sleeping accommodations. It was overall a great experience.

This home is so tastefully decorated and comfortable. Even though it's an older home with original wood on floors and stairs, the wall finishes looks fairly fresh and the kitchen is all upgraded with current amenities. I was pleasantly surprised that it had a large backyard with lawn furniture, grass and trees. The sun room was so comfortable for seating and playing cards, and the office had a nice futon-type bed that folded out for extra sleeping space. The primary bedroom, walk in closet, and bath are super large and beautiful. Lots of restaurants were within a mile of the house, including a Trader Joe's. The only drawback was car sounds at night from Washington Blvd but we got used to it. During our reservation process, Aman addressed my many questions quickly and fully, particularly in terms of what they had for my 1 year old grandson (toys, high chair, port a crib). During our stay, we also communicated easily a few times as questions came up.

I will forever be grateful for the amazing weekend my wife and I spent at the Dulles Executive Resort. It was love at first sight when we checked in after an overwhelmed 5 hours red eye flight. We needed a secluded place to rest and it was far better than what we had hoped for even beyond a stretch of our imagination. Beside being conveniently located less than 10 minutes away from IAD, the DER offers so many amenities..Our host welcoming attitude left no room for reproach. Thank you Alexise for helping us check in more than 12 hours in advance. Your overall warm introductory remarks and the fact that you went beyond normalcy in order to accommodate your guests made our week end....Your unwavering commitment to excellence and definite touch of "bon chic, bon genre" is without a doubt what makes DER a beauty to behold, a place of exquisite workmanship. Thank you so very much and let this be a stark reminder to hosts out there, that being good to people always comes with rewards. GT

What a fantastic place! We were eight friends getting together from points N, S, E, and W to check out nearby Glenstone. The house is a wonder - so impressive - so distinct and such a pleasure to spend a few days in. We cooked a meal using the very well stocked kitchen. The neighborhood is divine - really idyllic. We did morning walks and runs and enjoyed the spring air and blooming trees. We’ll be back when the pool and back deck are open and the weather is warm! Kat was a communicative and helpful host. Five stars!
