Holiday rentals with a patio in Springs

My friends and I loved staying at Amanda’s place. We were greeted by her homemade baked goods stand which was delicious. The apartment was charming, sparkly clean, felt very safe and was within walking distance of Greenport town area. Amanda was also very responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the North Fork area!

“A Wonderful Stay!” I had such a pleasant experience at this Airbnb! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Nancy's place looked just as great as it does in the pictures. Very up to date, stylish, with all the comforts one needs. And looking out the large windows at the green backyard and fire-pit was spectacular, like it was from a home magazine. (Could not actually use the fire pit as it was rainy and cold to start, and then just chilly but I was too busy too). Nancy was extremely responsive to my questions and requests and even anticipated some I might have had. When I had trouble figuring out the locks when I first arrived she must have heard me struggling and was at my side after a few respectful minutes, much appreciated in the cold rain that day. Felt very comfortable and relaxed in the unit. The outside is very green with grass and forest and flowers; just walking around the neighborhood was therapeutic for me! Nancy also gave great guidance on local restaurants and shopping and it was excellent, just like being local. Thank you very much Nancy, a most relaxing and pleasant stay.

Lisa's apartment is exactly as depicted in the AirBnb listing. It is spacious, clean, comfortable, close to the village of Sag Harbor and down the block from a beautiful private beach. Given the cost of hotels in this area this apartment is an excellent value. While we did not speak or meet during our stay Lisa provided clear directions with regard to finding the home, parking and how to enter and left us her cell phone number in case we needed anything.

this was my 4th time staying at this air b and b and as usual I dodnt want to leave!!. Sarah and Phil where amazing. I love going to this air b and b becouse its so peaceful and calm and its like be at home. I will be back again. if you looking for an awsome place to stay look no futher!!! this is thr place to go!! this family is wonderfully and beautiful people. The place was just what I needed, it punches above its weight class, and had the right accommodations. More importantly, the host is super responsive.

Such a beautiful place! So much to walk to and had great views of the ocean. Very clean and tidy space with everything you would need! Eileen was very responsive and super friendly. Defiantly coming back!

This beautiful home did not disappoint! There was lots of space for our group of 7 ladies to eat meals together, sit outside for coffee, play games and sleep in the comfortable beds. Lots of amenities including utensils, cookware, plates, glasses, towels, etc. We walked to beach and it was a quick drive to town. We are already planning our next year’s visit! From the beginning of my booking Adam provided a real friendliness to ensure we had a great visit. Went the extra mile to help with getting situated with a 2 year old...and I would recommend this place to ANYone. It was perfect beach vibe with an amazing pool, great bikes/chairs/etc for enjoyment...and it's a 5 min walk to town (for the true Montauk experience). Loved it and thank you Adam!!!

Anne Marie’s cottage was exactly as described right along w/the peaceful surroundings, lovely views of the water and close proximity to beach and town. She gave us recommendations for local gems, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. We will certainly try to get back again. Cheers to the host 🥂

My family had a wonderful time at Robert’s home. The house was clean and cozy and the view of the water was peaceful. He was super communicative and friendly and check in/out was a breeze. The house is in a great area and super close to East Hampton, Amagansett, and Montauk. Highly recommend!

This was our wedding day weekend and we were shocked just how well this Airbnb was designed, built and cared for. All of the appliances were high quality, an art TV, a gorgeous shower. My wife and I couldn't have been happier calling this cute cottage home for this special weekend. Thank you Sara!

An ideal location in Southampton, Lori’s house is clean, cozy and peaceful; we thoroughly enjoyed spending our New Years there!

Great location, private and comfortable. Close to wineries and breweries. Very clean and convenient. I highly recommend.

Stop whatever you’re doing in the area and take 10 minutes to walk across the street to enjoy the sunset. I guarantee it’s addictive. Spent a post-Labor Day weekend with some friends and had an amazing time. The condo is centrally located between downtown Southampton, Bridgehampton and Sag Harbor and all that those areas have to offer. Several beaches, both bay-side and ocean-side, are also close by, but we mostly ended up lounging by the pool. The condo itself is spacious which is only further amplified by the amount of natural light reflecting off the bright interiors that let you know you’re near the beach. There are plenty of towels—both bath and beach—and there is ample beach equipment that you can use. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking/dining at home, and there’s an outdoor patio equipped with a grill and dining furniture. Hostess could not have been nicer or more responsive, so I will definitely want to stay here again.

A fantastic place to stay in the Hamptons, a special gem of a place located in the Dunes of Amagansett, will be back every year!

Perfect spot for a Montauk getaway. Walking distance to everything dockside has to offer, great pool and lounge chairs on the property, very simple check-in via code with the front desk. Nick was kind and communicative our whole stay. We’ll be coming back!

We really enjoyed staying at Lynn’s place! Very clean and had a great view of the ocean from the deck. Lynn was very responsive and made the experience seamless. We would definitely stay with Lynn again.

Tara’s place was a perfect for a weekend getaway! Close enough to town and great view of the sunset!

George was a wonderful host , so available and willing to help with local knowledge and suggestions. The Condo is beautiful with a stunning sea view and plenty of amenities. I would definitely recommend this place to all .

This place is great in old-school AirBnB style. Feels like Nadine’s second home being shared with us. Quality finishes throughout, very well stocked in terms of glasses, plates, towels, etc. We came for a wedding but were able to have our own nuclear family reunion with three young-adult children coming in from around the country. The space handled us all with ease. The great room is spacious with a big table and even bigger sectional sofa. Just a great place to gather and hang out (which we did a little more than expected because of tropical storm Ophelia). We enjoyed the coffee and sandwiches across the street and brought in sushi and wine for one dinner, less than 5 minutes drive away. One quick note: 2 BRs not 3
