The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Everything in kitchenware and dishwasher. 2 terraces, There is a 2-person kayak available. Bicycles are also available.

Enjoy a cozy experience at this centrally-located home. Here you will find a small private apartment on the ground floor. You get a bedroom with a nice big bed 180x210 cm. You will have a small living room with a sofa, a corner with a dining area. Separate small kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, oven and two hotplates. Across the hall, you have a private bathroom with spacious shower. The apartment overlooks the Water Tower. The area around Nyborg Vold is quiet. There is free parking on the street by the house.

Boathouse

Home away from home... Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend. The double patio door gives you the opportunity to open up, out to the water, as well as to go out on the private terrace, where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. There is a table oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boathouse is a separate residence from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.

Wonderfully located beach house in the absolute first row overlooking waves and sunrises, your own little seaside hotel. Good, new beds, down comforters, air dried cotton linens, good soaps, the best linen. Pretty much all the necessities for a stay beyond the ordinary. The house is a beautiful, almost 100-year-old lady. The age also means that you should not expect a state-of-the-art, streamlined house, it has its quirks, maybe a small bump. It is a house that is lived in.

There are extensive nature trail systems in the area and the opportunity to fish in put'n take lakes.
