Cozy guest home of 50 sqm in lovely and quiet nature, with bedroom, living room, kitchen, hallway and bathroom as well as terrace. It has sea views and 200 meters to sandy beach as well as forest 600 meters from the house. The bedroom offers a double bed and a small desk with a chair. In the living room there is a sofa bed with space for 2 adults, armchair and TV. If you are 5, an extra guest bed can be arranged. There is also a baby bed and baby chair. Home away from home... Sit back, enjoy the view, and let the calm down. The double patio door provides the opportunity to open up, facing the water, as well as going out onto the private terrace where its own outdoor shower is available. The house from 1860 is part of the history of Holckenhavn Castle. It was like Boathouse for those who were supposed to cross the bay with the boat that was available. It has later moved out to the outer cousin, which is now sold to a private space. There is a table oven and hot plate.
