The cabin of your childhood dreams…sit back, relax, enjoy the lake and connect with family/friends. North Lake has fabulous swimming and almost no bugs. The cabin has a lovely view and lots of different areas to sleep. Lynne was a great host, very attentive and communicative. We had a lovely time, thanks Lynne.

We loved our stay. Creekside area was super cute, with a few nice cafes, a great pub nearby and pizza place. It was so close to the gondola and ski hire places too. As for the apartment, it had everything we needed for a cosy winter stay. Thank you

Heather’s place was absolutely stunning! It was exactly what we needed, to disconnect from reality and enjoy the outdoors. The outdoor kitchen was a cool touch, and the beds were super comfortable! 10/10 would stay here again, thank you Heather.

This is the perfect nature getaway for two! Settled amidst beautiful mountains and drivable to many amazing sights and hikes. This quiet and secluded tiny home was great to come back to after a long day of adventure and exploration. So comfortable, clean and with all the amenities we could need!

We had a great time here. Cheyenne was immediately welcoming. It felt like her positivity rubs off on everybody around and all of our neighbours were friendly because of it. The cabin is very unique and beautiful, it felt like we were staying in a firewatch tower with the height and big panoramic windows. Already planning to go back.

I booked Karen’s micro cabin as a birthday trip for my mom, and it was absolutely perfect. Tucked into the peaceful forest of Halfmoon Bay, this cozy little retreat is full of charm and warmth. The wood stove kept us toasty in the evenings, and we especially loved the adorable outdoor shower—with very hot running water! It was such a unique and refreshing way to start the day. We did a beautiful hike through Smuggler Cove Marine Provincial Park, just a short drive away, and came back to total peace and quiet in the woods. The cabin is thoughtfully designed, super clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Karen was very responsive and helpful throughout our trip, and we felt truly taken care of. This was such a special experience—one we’ll both remember for a long time. Highly recommend!

Cheyenne is 100% the definition of a superhost, the only thing we didn’t like about Strongwater Cabins & Campground was having to leave! :) We really cannot wait to come back. We were greeted by Cheyenne in the most friendly way, and then checked into the most adorable cabin; the property and cabin were immaculate, and service was great. We definitely recommend staying here!

excellent stay! great family and communication, close to town but also feels far away, everything you need in a small space - highly recommend!

The property is stunning. Private and wild. We had a deer come visit us and my son talked about it for days. We also saw garter snakes, birds, and chipmunks. Paths are definitely tricky to manage so take care. Kids should absolutely be supervised when outside, even on the deck. But despite that the place was quite child friendly. Be aware there are no books or toys so families should come prepared.

Mark’s place was great to stay in. Everything was clean and new. There were also quite a bit of electronics provided which was very helpful. For future bookings, I would suggest for Mark to be more clear of how to find the entrance of the residences as the unit is located atop a golf course/restaurant. In addition, there are two owner lock ups within the unit and we were not aware of this at the time of booking. These two rooms were locked and at first created a bit of a security concern. It would be better if Mark could mention this to his guests.

Such a cute, rustic, relaxing and peaceful place to stay at!! The whole setting of this place was tranquil and absolutely magical. We definitely loved everything about this place and had a great natural retreat kind of experience. The outdoor kitchen was very well stocked with enough pots and pans to do cooking for those who want to try the outdoor cooking experience. The serene setting of the outdoor hot tub and outdoor fridge/ bar area was beautifully designed. It was our first time using a wood fired hot tub and Beth was so friendly and helpful to set it up for us and she even showed us some tricks and tips and taught us how to make some paper donuts to help with the fire, very cute ;) Beth was an amazing and a responsive host. We’ll definitely love to return soon.

We checked into cabin 6 quite late without issues. We understood that there were farm animals, however was pleasantly surprised to learn the chickens and geese lived right behind cabin 6 and often visited our porch each morning to greet us! During our stay in July we were lucky to see Penelope's baby geese. Blue the resident chicken, made frequent rounds to check in on guests. If your an animal lover this is definately the place to be.

Such a beautiful, unique property and space that Mike has created. From the stunning cabins, to the idyllic riverfront beach, to the perfect outdoor kitchen and amazing fire pit and lawn, this special place has all that you will need to celebrate with your friends and family. I will always remember the roaring bonfires and delicious meals shared here on my birthday with my best friends. We will return!

I had an exceptional stay at this Airbnb! The home was impeccably clean and the fully equipped, advanced technology kitchen made cooking a delight. The beautiful yard, complete with a fire pit, seating, and BBQs, added a perfect touch to the experience. I highly recommend this place for anyone in the area and will definitely be returning.
