We welcome you to our family owned house. The house is newly renovated to fit all the modern standards, into two separate apartments just for guest purposes. It is central located, just a 1-2 minute walk to the old town, main square , grocery store, bakery, seafront or the local market. The loft apartment is on the first floor. It has a floor heating/cooler, AC, one bedroom, kitchen, living room, bathroom and a balcony with a view on a neigbourhs green garden.

Completed in 2019, the apartment sleeps up to 4 people. Inside, a total area of about 50 m² is at your disposal. There is a spacious living room including a modern kitchen with fridge incl. freezer, stove, toaster, coffee maker, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the living area you have free Wi-Fi, satellite TV and air conditioning. Towels, soap, etc. are provided in the bathroom. The terrace has a sea view and is 20 square meters.

Set in very private grounds in the heart of the olive grove. Suitable for family vacations away from traffic, crowd, noise..yet only 7 km from the center of Šibenik. Guests can enjoy private beach in front of the house. On the dock, there is a boat mooring and a mooring buoy for guests arriving by boat. Canoe and kayaks are free for our guests.
