Holiday rentals with beach access in St. Andrew Parish

Impeccable place. Beach is not worth for beachcomber given the roughness of the season at times and the debris, no fault of host. Other issues already addressed with host.

AMAZING place and host, the experience was above my expectations. The apartment was super clean, and the aesthetics gave it a homey feeling. Renaissance at The View is home away from home, it's comfortable, relaxing and Cadella's keen attention to detail is meticulous. Prior to arrival, detail instructions were provided for a self-check-in, the apartment is centrally located to Kingston Norman Manley airport and lots of eateries nearby. Adequate parking is available in a safe gated community with resort like amenities. Upon arrival, expect to be greeted with an array of welcome treats and beverages which adds a personal touch. Thank you Cadella for making my stay a good one. Looking forward to my next visit.

Veronica and her co-host Ray were very helpful, flexible, and absolutely wonderful. Veronica messaged me to see how we were doing during our 2 week stay and to make sure we were not in need of anything. Ray was available right away when called . Upon arrival we had a welcome package of water and snacks which was very appreciated as travelling with twins was a lot. The space was spotless and had nice homy aroma. I would definitely stay here again no questions asked. Thank you again Veronica and Ray!

The location was ideal because it was close to the area where we would be working for the duration of our assignment. Additionally, there were numerous eateries, supermarkets, and other conveniences nearby. We had a terrific time exploring the area and discovered many excellent restaurants close by. All in all, we had an incredible experience. We can't say enough good things about Tania and her property.

It was very peaceful and relaxing, and the ocean will wash away your stresses as you sleep at night. Good host and professional. Recommended.

I had a great stay here with my friends! The place was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures, which was a pleasant surprise. It had a cozy, welcoming feel and was well-equipped for both work and relaxation. We used the space to get some work done during the day and unwind in the evenings — it offered the perfect balance. The host was extremely responsive, easy to communicate with, and very flexible, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I also really appreciated the level of privacy. Overall, I loved the space and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

I like Natasha enery, her smile and her great communication skills. She always checking just to make sure you feel at home. If something is outta line she’s quick to respond after that one miss call. Dawn is very responsive and accommodating and the private townhouse is immaculate. From the moment I walked to the front door, I was greeted with fresh welcoming scent. The amenities are modern and very stylish. The property is very close to the airport, quiet and well kept. I totally enjoyed staying here and believe it was good value for the price. I’m definitely staying here again in December when I return to Jamaica.

The Pictures matched the actual place! Amazing Host 10/10 ! I definitely felt at home once I walked in and was impressed with the space! I enjoyed the pool and that fact the beach was also right there was Amazing! I’m definitely going to be booking again in the near future!

Well where do I begin. It’s the best Airbnb I have stayed in Jamaica. Beautiful tranquil surroundings felt right at home and safe. Enjoyed the whole time immensely. The host ‘Sophia’ was superb very attentive friendly positive energy nothing was too much. Not that we needed her that often to honest as everything was in good working order. Would enjoy staying here again the whole are is fantastic the views/surroundings safety with security. 🎉🎉🎉🇯🇲

"Great stay and an even better host!" We had a really comfortable stay at Owen’s place. There was a small mishap at the beginning, but Owen handled it quickly and went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of. He checked in to ensure we were comfortable and had everything that we needed, which was really appreciated. The space was just as described, and his hospitality made all the difference. Highly recommend staying here!

From booking until the day we left Wayne was a great host. Making sure we weren’t in need of anything. It was peaceful, private and warm feeling of home. I’ll recommend anyone to this place.

This BnB is perfect for a weekend getaway. Has a nice pool and beach area to relax right on property grounds. Although I was working, its nice to know you dont have to go far for some R&R. AC works great, plenty hot watah. The building is very secure and kept spotless. My first time in Portmore and the location was great everything is nearby. Best thing about it was the care and attention provided by the Co-host Jahvanne. I greatly appreciate your efforts in making my stay in Portmore nice and easy. Give Thanks!

We booked this trip as a mini vacation for my husband’s birthday weekend and it was exactly what we needed, a cozy, peaceful place to just slow down and relax. It was very quiet; had I not seen other persons around the property, I would’ve been convinced that we were the only ones there. The pool was very clean and the property well maintained, staff was courteous. The room is very beautiful in the evenings when the sun is setting, and if you open the window, you can hear the ocean washing against the shore, which was very calming. The only drawback was that we were expecting the building to be situated by an actual beach; it wasn’t much of a beach, seemed mostly like it was just for fishing, but you can still go wet your feet in the shallow parts and walk on the sand (this has nothing to do with the host and didn’t impact my stay very much, it’s just how I interpreted the pictures on the listing page). The pool was always available though, up till 8pm. All in all, we had a good time.

This is my second stay at Kimberly's apartment for a quick getaway. Again, the space was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, truly feeling like a home away from home. Kimberly's communication was exceptional - she was prompt and efficient whenever I reached out to her. I intend to return and have already recommended this place to my family and friends.

the place looks exactly the same as the photos and was very peaceful however have the cleaners check properly while cleaning we found an used cup under the sofa and moldy under a bowl in the kitchen cupboard but other than that everything was great.

This host was amazing. She checked up on me and responded almost immediate. The place-Very tranquil!!! Would definitely recommend.
