My experience at LaPaix Stays was truly wonderful. The check-in process was flexible, clear, and easy, making me feel at home from the start. The space was spotless — furniture, linens, kitchen, and bathrooms were spotless and well-equipped with everything I needed. The photos and description were completely accurate, matching exactly what I found upon arriving. Jonathan was a thoughtful and responsive host, always available to help and make my stay comfortable. The neighborhood was peaceful, with nearby parks, restaurants, a grocery store, and a gas station. It’s also a short drive away from Kildonan Mall, Costco, Canadian Tire, Walmart, Superstore, Home Depot, cinema, and more — adding even greater convenience. I want to say a big “Thank you” to Jonathan for making my stay so restful and enjoyable. I wish I could give LaPaix Stays more than 5 stars, and I’m looking forward to staying here again in the future!

From even before I booked , Jason and Taylor were extremely responsive. I had questions about the location and they quickly answered all my concerns. They gave me info on the property prior to booking which sealed the deal. After I booked their communication did not end there. Check in was a breeze , personalizing the codes for easy access, and when we walked in the place was spotless ! The linens in the master bedroom were crazy comfy! The kitchen was spotless , and the yard is super cute. Well lit. Well maintained. This place is a VERY short walk to St Boniface Hospital which is super convenient. Parking at the rear and lots of parking up front if you have a guest of your own. I would highly recommend Taylor and Jason as your hosts and this super cute home away from home.

A nice place to relax from everyday life. Very quiet and peaceful place by the lake. We really enjoyed the nature and wildlife. The house has everything you need, is clean and has a nice interior. I would like to come back in the future

Little retreat reminds us of the importance of a place like this. To reappreciate what the wild has to share, not only the physical gifts, but the power to recharge the mind and ground the soul. Lovely spot to be integtated once again with the environment from which we all came!

It was incredible staying at this listing! From the clear check-in instructions to the quick and accommodating responses to my requests, this place had everything I could ask for during my stay in Winnipeg. The hosts, Vipan and Chaman, were very friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. The space was spotless, easily accessible, and situated in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood. I would recommend staying at Vipan and Chaman’s place if you're visiting Winnipeg!

I spent 12 nights in Winnipeg and am very happy I found Scott’s place. The location was excellent for me - walkable, good public transportation connections (which I usually don’t expect in Winnipeg), fairly quiet but close to lots of restaurants, bars and things to do. The apartment is great for a longer stay as well as for remote work. I had my cat with me for a few days; the pet friendliness is definitely another plus. Highly recommended!

My stay at Elynore's Osborne Village apartment was fantastic. I loved the location, very easy to find and the space itself was unbelievably comfortable and well decorated. Elynore was very lovely and accommodating. I would absolutely love to stay again in this location, especially due to Elynore's warm reception.

I booked this home for my family from northern MB as they were being evacuated and couldn’t get good reception to do themselves. From the beginning of my booking to the end of the stay, the hosts were so kind and helpful. They even provided a significant discount for the weekend extension we made. These are rhetorical kinds of people whose business we want to make sure to support because they use their business to help support others in times of crisis. The home was as beautiful as it looks in the photos and my family said their stay was a quiet and relaxing reprieve from the evacuation stress they were under.

Julie’s place was wonderful! It was exactly what I needed for a few days stay in Winnipeg! So extremely close to the Canada Life Centre which is why I picked the location! Julie was so responsive and kind and I felt right at home in her place! Thanks again Julie!

Quite possibly one of the most well-equipped rental units we’ve stayed in (and we’ve stayed in a lot!). Marco, our host, is an excellent communicator. Readily available and he responded to any questions with little delay. Great location, clear concise instructions, and super easy access provided you don’t need an elevator. Very comfy bed! Intimidating looking shower but after about 90 seconds, we figured it out. Now we want one! Just a lovely unit. Will definitely stay again.

loved the balcony with grill, great view of city. walkable to restaurants, city center, and ballet. so nice to have included private, covered underground parking. secure building. everything you need from towels to spices. very friendly and helpful hosts.

I stayed here for 3 weeks while working on a research project at the University of Manitoba. The location was perfect. It was right next to the Fort Rouge transit station, which will get you to U of M or downtown in 20 minutes or so. The apartment was really cosy and has everything you need for a longer stay (fridge, cooker, etc.). Really loved it here.

I had a wonderful stay and certainly would be back! Many GREAT restaurants close by (walking distance) including Yujiro (Japanese) and Stella’s (brunch). Also close enough to a superstore and easy delivery of anything you need.

I stayed at Tia’s place while I was in town for a business trip in downtown Winnipeg. The location was perfect! Close to everything, and over looks the Canada Life Centre. It would be perfect for seeing a game or concert! Sitting out on the balcony to unwind during the day or night was a highlight for me. The included parking in the attached parking garage is extremely convenient and a huge plus! It makes the stay that much easier. The condo is beautiful, clean, and everything you would need for a trip in the downtown of the city. Tia provided clear and helpful instructions for arrival, check in, and check out. Tia was very responsive and kind throughout the whole stay. I would definitely love to stay here again if ever back in the city :) would definitely recommend this space. Thank you Tia & Tim!
