Welcome to Highest Rated Most Authentic House in Saint Augustine. We offer the most Authentic and Luxurious experience in our amazing town, The Oldest City in the United States. Grab a book, settle down in a rose velvet chair in the bay window and soak up the soft morning light at a one-of-a-kind residence built in 1917, This characterful space combines antique furnishings and rare artwork in the oldest city in America. We welcome you into Our House was Built in 1920, and we still have the original floors, original windows, and many other original finishing's. The house is decorated throughout with a lot of Antique Furniture and Designs. The Sitting Area awaits you as soon as you walk into the house. One of my favorite areas in the house, we hope you find the same comfort and simplicity the room offers. Bedroom #1 Offers a Queen Size Bed with a Memory Foam Gel infused Mattress, Luxurious Pillows, Antique Coffee Table & Chairs overlooking our quiet history street, Closet with 24 Hangers, and Access to the Master Bathroom. Bedroom #2 Offers an 1890's Brass Bed (one our favorite items in the house) along with a Memory Foam Gel Infused Mattress, Access to the Master Bathroom and a full sized closet. Bedroom #3 Contains a Queen Size Bed with Memory Foam Gel Infused Mattress, Full Size Walk in Closet, Private Bathroom with Shower, and Full Size Dresser. Our Formal Dining room is right off the full service kitchen. Our Home offers all Kitchen Appliances, Pots and Pans, Silverware, Plates, Cups, Wine Classes, Coffee Pot + Coffee Cups (we do have coffee and tea along with sweeteners and creamer) The Study Room contains a 1900's Office Desk with outlets for Lap Top Plug in, along with an antique table and chairs for book ready or card playing. In The Living Room you'll find a 55 inch TV with Sling TV, Queen Size Sleeper coach, along with a love seat. Why Rent a Room when you can rent a whole house, a house with history :). Guests have access to the entire house. Guests are renting the entire house, it is not shared. We care about our guests having the best time, and are available 7 days a week for questions and recommendations. This is a passion for us. The property sits blocks away from the heart of St. Augustine and attractions,and 3 blocks north of King Street. Walk around the small streets and take in the history and charm, then stop off at one of the many restaurants, cafes, and museums nearby. Just 45 minutes from Jacksonville International Airport, 2 Hours from Orlando. Very easy drive into town from the highway. We offer Free Wifi, Free Parking on site, as well as Coffee & Tea, Kitchen Furnishings, linens, towels, hand soap, body soap, shampoo & conditioner. Please Note: There absolutely no smoking allowed inside the house OR on either Porch/Patios. The only smoking allowed is at the picnic table in our backyard.
