When our son got married we converted our hay barn into a wedding venue with a built-in apt for them to use for a short time. It's now available for you to enjoy! The apt has one queen bedroom with a full bath, a living area, full kitchen, half bath, a covered deck area along with an open deck area, and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the farm, such as our stocked fish pond. We are in the country, but close to the interstate and the city of Oneonta. It's the perfect, peaceful country getaway!

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. This house has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. With a large eat in kitchen and living room there is plenty of space for everyone. The home has 2 queen bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom. The house features a brand new kitchen with new appliances. Located on a great lot there is a large covered front porch and a covered back patio with table and chairs. This home is located within walking distance to Downtown Oneonta.

Visit Homestead Hollow craft fair, Barber Motorsports, Talledega Super Speedway, or activities in Birmingham such as Regions Field, Legacy Arena, BJCC and much more! During your stay, walk our secluded wooded trails and see the chickens and goats. Complimentary chicken feed and farm fresh eggs are included.

The Goat Farm Yee-Haul at South of Sanity Farms

The start of this project was a box off a u haul truck. Now it is a cozy tiny home where animals come right up to the deck and you can enjoy sunsets over the pond. We love to have this place where families can come out and get away from the rat race of life and enjoy being out in nature. Guests are welcome to join us for whatever activities we are doing during your stay whether its working in the garden and harvesting fruit, or caring for the animals and milking the goats.

Clovers Cabin

Clover's cabin is a very cozy little place on Straight Mountain on a very curvy road. Update: We now have WIFI. Beautiful view in the winter, you can see for miles. Lots of tree coverage in the summer, which brings privacy. It sits about 200 feet from our home. A nice quiet place other than the animal noises. You can hike right out the back door. Please read entire guest manual under INFO FOR GUESTS, POST-BOOKING DETAILS. Give Code word to confirm it was read. Thank you
