Villa Optima is a beautiful spot right on a peaceful beach. It was very clean with lovely furnishings and decorations and a nice pool in the back. Paolo was very helpful when we had trouble with our car. We enjoyed meeting him.

Marvin is an amazing Host. He went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was the best experience we could possibly have. We felt right at home at this airbnb. The house was extremely clean and he supplies provided were exceptional. I will definitely recommend anyone visiting the Black River area to book this place. I will definitely book again. Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! My family and I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing—perfect for a relaxing family getaway. One of the standout aspects of our stay was Gerald, the host. He was incredibly helpful and accommodating from start to finish. Whether it was answering questions before we arrived or making sure we had everything we needed during our stay, Gerald went above and beyond. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his guests having a great experience. We would absolutely stay here again!

My family and I stayed here after the Christmas holiday and it was great. We did not spent much time on the property because we were visiting family, but when we were on the property it was nice. The host was very helpful with our needs.

Duncan have a beautiful villa, Dream Away was spectacular, it was peaceful and calm I enjoyed my stay, Terry was helpful and nice could call him for anything we needed at anytime. Mr Duncan was kind he is a wonderful man, i got married at Dream Away beach villa and it was the best decision I have made the place was clean and beautiful that I had to take my wedding photo's there, i enjoyed my stay at Dream Away and I highly recommended, i give them 5 star🌟 . I just want to thank you for allowing us to be a part of your beautiful and wonderful villa. Thank again Mr Duncan.

My family and I just love this beautiful property! Very spacious, secure, comfortable, and clean. The pool is so refreshing and therapeutic on a hot day in Jamaica. We hosted our annual family reunion at the property , it was amazing and able to accommodate all of our needs . The sea is directly across the street and the beach is a very short walk down the road. Whenever I visit Jamaica this is and will always be my go to. The property owner Susan responds immediately and is very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area and things to. 5 stars!!!

Nadine, Barry, Patrick were all friendly and responsive to any questions that I had. The pictures matched the villa, check-in/check-out process was smooth. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The house is beautiful inside and out. Just like the pictures. Comfortable beds, cold tiles(something i love) peaceful community, beautiful night skies, close to the town, next to a lovely restaurant. Efficient security. This is a very cute and comfortable apartment. We enjoyed the rooftop pool with ocean views. Felt very safe and secure.

I spent a wonderful day at Theophilus' cabin, it has a spectacular view. It is a very cozy place. However, the price is a bit high as it does not have a kitchen, only a microwave and refrigerator.

We had a great time at Natoya’s place! The home was beautiful, clean, and in a very secure gated community on a hill. We felt completely safe, even at night, with armed security always around. Communication was easy, and her husband picked us up and dropped us off at the airport for $15 USD per person after the first two guests (35–40 min ride). We were four—three adults and one child—and appreciated the local snacks left for us. On our first day, before we got our rental (which you’ll need), her husband brought us patties—so kind, as we hadn’t gotten groceries yet. If you walk 2 km down the hill, there’s a 24h grocery store, restaurants, Glistening Waters, and vendors. Avoid the coconut man by the jerk stand—he overcharges, even for locals like me! The kitchen was well-equipped, but it would be nice to have regular drinking glasses. We even became friendly with the lovely security guards. Overall, a safe, comfortable stay. Highly recommend as it’s just as describe. Would return again!

Airbnb beautiful 💯everything is clean and look just like the photos I will be back

The property was absolutely beautiful. Juba and Brittany were extremely helpful and made delicious food. Khoren was a very responsive host. The location was very remote but we used local Treasure Tours for transportation to YS Falls and Jack Sprat. The water was warm and calm. We could see many fish from the balcony of the pool. The only change from prior photos was the hurricane washed away much of the sandy beaches. There was still a small sand area under a tree but the rest of the coast was gone. Made for fun shell collecting. Overall, it was truly breathtaking and an amazing time. We all enjoyed our stay very much!u

Mulberry Cottage exceeded all expectations for us. It was the most perfect, peaceful Jamaican hideaway. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Mine had a fabulous large bath tub and an enclosed area outside the back door with an outside shower ...water spurting from a large shell in the wall. Heaven. I used this most of the time. Tia Maria has paid great attention to detail to make things pretty and comfortable. There is lots of hot water and the wifi was very good. I love the verandah at the front of the cottage where we sat reading on cushioned day beds. I felt so sad to leave Mulberry Cottage as I totally loved it. We were attending a fun, sociable wedding but to return home to this sanctuary was the perfect contrast to all the partying.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Apple suite and had a fantastic time as we explored the area. The suite was rather large for what I expected and allowed us to feel like we were in the midst of nature surrounded by trees and vegetation and cut off from the disturbances of city life. The suites had good air flow and we often found that we didn’t need anything to cool us other than the Jamaican wind. Our experience here would be nowhere near as memorable without Dale’s hospitality. Dale went above and beyond to ensure everything we needed was available, and happy to share ideas on activities or the local history. Overall, she was always happy to help and accommodated our needs well, while entertaining us with the local perspective. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

we had a great stay here, it's a beautiful spot! the cottage has everything you need for a relaxing time, we cooked a little bit read books and sat often on the terrace watching the butterflies on the garden enjoying the peace and quiet. outdoor shower was nice and really easy access to beach. host was very responsive and checked up on us regularly.

We travelled for our anniversary and safe to say that we were truly spoilt! The accommodation and hospitality was above and beyond. They were very helpful with recommendations of activities to do as well as booking them including a taxi service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning!

From the newlywed Mr and Mrs. Burton Spending my honeymoon at a cottage wasn’t what I initially envisioned, but everything changed the moment I arrived at the stunning Windmill Cottage in Malvern. From the first step inside, I was captivated by the breathtaking scenery that unfolded before me. The cottage was rustic, unique, and most importantly extremely comfortable. The setting was absolutely enchanting, and to make the experience even better, we were fortunate enough to stay in the largest cottage. It featured three beds two on the lower level and one on the upper level and provided access to a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy dining area. Windmill Cottage truly felt like a home away from home for both my husband and me. One of the standout aspects of our stay was the excellent customer service. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming something that’s becoming a rare find these days. Their hospitality made our stay all the more memorable.

The property is stunning with a large yard, lots of fruit trees and few neighbors. I felt like I was in my own tropical oasis. Dale is a kind, funny, and resourceful host. If you are interested, she will provide you with recommendations on activities and locations within an 30 minute drive. If you need anything, she is prompt to bring you any supplies that you need. You couldn’t ask for a more attentive host. The rooms were exactly as described and shown on Airbnb. It was clean, clutter free, and able to store a lot of luggage if you needed it. Life just felt simpler for the weekend that I stayed there and I cannot wait to return.
