All Mine Beach House is an old Florida charmer in East St George Island with coastal views of the Gulf and Bay. The house is 1 block from public access to both. Spend your days on the uncrowded sugar sand beaches, splashing in the waves, collect shells, or stargaze. Explore local shops, restaurants, museums, St. George State Park, or walk/bike the multi-use path. The house is furnished with everything to make it your home during your stay. Come make vacation memories that will last a lifetime!

Just over the dune line road from quiet east end beaches. Great fishing and uncrowded relaxing . Excellent for families or couples (4 person maximum) with private spaces indoor and out. Two master bedrooms with kings and pillow tops. Second floor cottage recently remodeled and decorated. Shared pool and gulf views from front room and master. Front Deck. Large furnished screened porch. You will be hard pressed to find a better spot for your vacation dollars. Beach wagon, umbrella and chairs.

Open floor plan into living, dining and kitchen areas. Direct TV w/DVR, 4 HD Flat Screen TVs, Wi-Fi, charcoal grill and outdoor shower. Outdoor entertaining on two decks with patio furniture and picnic table. Close to restaurants, groceries, bicycle & kayak rentals, SGI State Park, Lighthouse, fishing pier etc.

Point Break- Take a break at the Point

Nested 2 blocks from Apalachicola Bay, 10 minutes from the Apalachicola River and 10 minutes from St George island, our cozy cottage is a new build that has all of the comforts of home. Four adults can stay comfortably with 2 very comfortable beds and 1 bathroom. We also have a fold out cot perfect size for a child. Our home is in a very quiet neighborhood located on a cul-de-sac and is a short driving distance from fishing, hunting, shopping and sight- seeing adventures.

A-Lure on the Bay

A-Lure is our downstairs apartment on St. George Island. The space is located right on the bay with a 100 yard long dock. It is a four block walk to the beach from this side of the island. The room includes a really nice view, KING bed, TV, wi-fi , mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and drinking water. The space has its own AC/Heat system. Access to the dock is all yours and we have a two person kayak at your disposal as well. Come and relax at our peaceful place on SGI.

A beachfront home nestled among the trees with a new pool addition March 2023. Enjoy your own private retreat on the Forgotten Coast, known for spectacular fishing, scalloping, kayaking, hiking. A Golf course is only a minute away. Fish from our backyard or relax on hammocks among the trees. Gorgeous ocean views from the living/dining room, bedroom and deck and a sandy beach perfect for sunbathing or creating memories around a beach fire. Plenty of parking for boat/RV.

Giggle Pools Large swimming & Kids splash

Giggle is situated on one of the most desired locations on the pan handle of Florida, offering an abundance of activities, several local restaurants and bars, a surf shop and state park. Imagine having all of this right at your door step! Oh! and did we mention we are sitting right on the edge of the Gulf of Mexico?! There is nothing more calming than waking up, cup of Joe in hand, and watching the dolphins play in the early morning waves right from your front porch.

Taradise

This apartment is connected to my main home here in Eastpoint, FL: The Gateway to SGI! It is situated in the center of Franklin County which makes it an ideal spot to visit Apalachicola, St. George Island, or Carrabelle. This property is located 6 miles from the main public beach on SGI, almost a straight shot across the bridge. I am happy to welcome all guests to my own little Taradise on "The Forgotten Coast"!
