Beachfront holiday rental in St. James Parish

Really enjoyed my stay at Karl’s the place is as the ad describes it. Location is perfect. Other than that all I can say is stay here if you are looking for a great located Airbnb that's spacious and has wonderful views.

Shawn was the ground keeper, and He was AWESOME whatever was needed for the house or anything else he took care of quickly and without a problem. We had Chef Tony and Chrissy who cooked for us. The Food was Amazing would recommend. Lastly, Kareka and Brittney took care of maintaining the house. These ladies were a Complete JOY. Hands down Felt at Home with everyone. Love the People and Place the only Con were the Mosquitos lol

Absolutely loved the location, the house felt like home no negative comment but maybe a suggestion in terms of the security check in process maybe a pass given to airbnb guest to display in their vehicle for the duration of their stay. Everytime we left the property and return we went through security screening of validating who we are, not a big deal but more of an inconvenience as some security we more courteous than others. Overall we enjoyed our time at the property.

Susan’s villa is everything you’d expect from her pictures and details. Absolutely no complaints with the villa, yard, pool, and close neighbours. The only issue we’ve had in the 2 years staying at south sea is the homeowners by the only beach decided to rudely remove the only tree/shade there. Quite disappointing and heartbreaking for future guests. Besides that, Susan is a highly reputable businesswoman and will take care of her guests.

I can't say enough about this stay. Shekeria and her family were so generous and welcoming toward us. The photos are beautiful, but the actual experience is unbelievable. We were treated so kindly by Shekeria, the driver she arranged for us, Dexter, and the other locals we met while there, including Omar at the jerk chicken place down the road. Shekeria and her mother's cooking is remarkable -- we recommend!! This is a stay in the Carribean like nothing else. The private water access is beautiful and not hard to get to if you can do stairs. Crystal water and sunsets. The family's gardens are pristine and full of color and birds -- we saw the Jamaican national bird, the Doctor Bird, while there, and mangrove trees and several other wondrous bits of nature. Bluefields Beach is not far, too, but we found we really loved being right where we were. This is a special place. So, so grateful that we got to experience it.

Had an amazing stay, and the rental car was a great bonus. We’ll definitely be back!

this air BNB was fabulous. it was safe and secure and owner was friendly and took us around and dropped us at airport. he was safe driver. apartment was immaculately clean and comfy. Location excellent. This listing is a hidden gem

We stayed a week. Place is as described. We give the place 5 stars. Few things to know. The beach access is 5 minutes down the road & is small with only having a washroom on site. Can not purchase anything. Closest grocery store is a 40 minute walk or a short cab ride. The unit could use having a cheat sheet on how to use the TV & appliances. You will need to pickup or bring with you coffee & filters, laundry soap & any condinments / spices you enjoy. None of these items were deal breakers for us & we found the unit / complex clean & safe. If we do decide to return to Montego Bay we for sure would consider staying at this unit.

An incredible townhouse in a great location. 1 minute away from the beach and from the famous hip strip. The house was comfortable and had all the amenities even for people who cook at home. The backyard was beautiful and private. The host was overly helpful and resourceful. Can’t be happier with my choice to stay this beautiful place!!!! Will certainly recommend staying and will choose as my destination any time I go back to Montego Bay.

This was our 2nd time staying here. We love it, and our little ones are comfortable, which is always a plus for us. The location is perfect, you can walk to Doctors Cave beach and other places in the area. We will definitely be back.

This was a really nice Airbnb. The whole house was clean and decorated nicely. There’s a washer and dryer too so it’s easy to do laundry, and they even had a few seasonings to cook with. They also have an option for a private chef and taxi services. I stayed here and they were doing some construction to some apartments next to the Airbnb but it didn’t bother me since we had early morning excursions. The location is secure with a gate and security 24/7. They won’t let anyone in unless they are approved. I had some trouble getting in at first because there was one lockbox but also another pin pad, so i was a hit confused on which one to use at first but the host was quick to respond and help us get in. Overall our bnb experience was a 10/10 and I would stay here again the next time i visit montego.

Home is clean and beautiful. Everything you need is available. Pool is close and beach is walking distance. Very safe and quiet area. Hosts are easy to contact and very responsive. This is our new go-to for when we visit Jamaica

From the moment we arrived at this stunning Montego Bay Airbnb, we knew we were in for something special. The decor was gorgeous, with a perfect mix of luxury and cozy charm. The pool was an absolute oasis, and waking up to that breathtaking ocean view every morning felt like a dream. The host was beyond amazing — so responsive, thoughtful, and full of fantastic local recommendations that made us feel safe and welcomed. But the true highlight was the incredible chef, Ms. Ingrid! Her breakfasts and dinners were beyond divine — every dish cooked with love, passion, and authentic Jamaican flavor. She didn’t just feed us; she made us feel at home. We’ll be dreaming of her meals until we return! Without a doubt, we’ll be recommending this gem to everyone we know and are already counting down the days until our next visit. We really enjoyed our stay at Serenity Villa. Quiet and safe in a great location near the hip strip, beaches and restaurants. Crystal is a great host and very attentive. She responded to our messages in a timely manner and was very helpful with our request.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely studio! The space was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged—it truly felt like a home away from home. Everything was exactly as described (if not better!), and it was clear that a lot of care went into maintaining the place. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay, making the experience even more enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay.

From booking to checking out nikolas was very very helpful and communicative. The location is great and you literally can walk to about everything. (Harmony beach doctors beach night clubs etc). Pauline made everything mor comfortable. Definitely will be visiting again. Thanks nik!

This place was a home away from home! I went with my friend and we felt very safe and could walk 5 mins down the block to the ocean to meditate and relax. Customer service could’ve been a bit better with Trudi however, I still enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again and have already even referred this spot to some of my friends. Definitely book this spot because you won’t regret it. 👍🏾

Our stay at Noel’s place exceeded all expectations. While we anticipated a beautifully decorated and clean space, we were truly impressed by the exceptional professionalism of Noel, his team, the security and the attendants. The neighborhood was quiet and remarkably serene for such a spacious, private community, which made us feel completely at ease. We felt very safe throughout our stay. As promised, local restaurants and shopping were just minutes away. The views from the apartment were stunning, but what really made the experience unforgettable was the private access to the beach—it genuinely felt like our own personal retreat. The free on-site parking and visible security presence eliminated any concerns we might have had. Inside the apartment, having the convenience of a washer and dryer for our beachwear was a big plus. And just outside the balcony door, the swimming pool overlooking the lagoons was a serene and relaxing touch. Overall, Noel’s place offered comfort and luxury.

The host was responsive to our questions and great communication throughout. The place was spacious and very comfortable with all the needed amenities. Ground coffee and the snacks were a pleasant bonus. My favourite part of the stay was the sea view from the living area and patio through the lush tropical shrubbery. Overall a great secure place to stay and we’ll be going back.
