Holiday rentals with a kayak in St. Joseph County

The house was very clean and comfortable. The place had plenty of room inside and out. Great view from the porch overlooking the lake. Steve was very kind, helpful, and professional. I would recommend and would have no problem going back for another getaway.

Great place! Well-equipped and very comfortable for larger groups. There is room to spread out and lots of good bedrooms. Outside space is great too (see other reviews). Easy to run for supplies in Three Rivers or the M60 Marathon gas, convenience and bait store. Happy’s Landing is a good place to eat or order carryout. The house is on the very north end of the lake where it is mostly grown in with lily pads and not open water, but you can dock a boat and get to the open lake for skiing and cruising. The wildlife is great – lots of swans, turtles and fish. We had a good time fishing off the boat near the lily pads – caught lots of small fish. Fishing off the dock was a little sketchy because of the plant life at the end of the dock.

Phillips listing is a perfect home to visit. it's beautiful and felt like home. plenty of space and very clean. I highly recommend. The backyard is amazing

We came into town for a wedding and brought our 2 dogs and wanted to stay someplace safe and quiet and we definitely found that with Edgar’s home. The location was easy to find and it was nice to have private parking right along the lake. The access to the home was easy and the home nicely is decorated with every amenity you need to cook your own food. Views from the home are lovely and we went out onto the dock and spent time on the private beach a couple of the nights we were there. The beds were extremely comfortable and there were plenty of towels, which I appreciated. Location makes it easy to get into town for grocery shopping and there is a brewery in town that makes great smash burgers called Useless Creatures. We walked around the neighborhood a couple of times and we also found a great hiking spot to take the dogs very nearby. Overall, a very comfortable stay in a beautiful location.

Wow…this house is beautiful and the lake view was incredible, we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We were able to host family and friends also staying near by for the same wedding and everyone was comfortable and so impressed. Thank you for helping us make awesome memories to last a life time, we will definitely be back!! ❤️

If I could give this beautiful lake house 10 stars I would!!!! Geno was an incredible host from start to finish!! The home has everything you need for a relaxing and fun lake get away. We had a group of 12 and every single person raved about the quality and comfort of the beds. The furnishings and decor are top of the line from head to toe, and the kitchen has everything you would need to make amazing meals. It was such a treat to wake up to lake views and have coffee on the deck or “she-shed” down by the water. There is plenty of yard space for games and extra parking directly across the street. Book this home now! You won’t be disappointed!

We stayed with these amazing hosts while working on a project nearby. Wonderful place on a beautiful lake! The hosts went above and beyond to accommodate us with some date/trip changes before our check-in. Even though we were in town for work we were able to bring our fishing boat just in case we had a chance to do some fishing, and we docked it on the pier just steps from the house which was a huge plus! We will definitely be staying here again whenever work brings us back to the area! Thanks again for the wonderful stay!

This lakeside cabin is an idyllic vacation getaway for couples. It took some trial and error to able to use the listed appliances, but we managed to find a proper routine for using them. The hammock is set up in the perfect place under the trees. The sunsets are absolutely gorgeous. And, best of all, bubble wands. (Probably more intended for family use, but blowing bubbles is the ultimate way to relax.) 10 out of 10. Would booked again. P.S., If you drink coffee, you might wanna get some extra sugar to be safe. If Irina is provide extra sugar, then please disregard this postscript.

This is a great place to stay! Very cozy and peaceful. Loved just sitting out back and looking at the lake. Couldn't ask for better hosts!

This was such a nice weekend with our family. The cottage was stocked with everything you need! The lake is super quiet and pretty private! The place was clean and remodeled in the inside. Our first time booking an AIRBNB so we were nervous but we are so glad we did!

We loved our stay on the lake! The house was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed! The lake was beautiful and peaceful and we loved having coffee on the back porch in the mornings, taking in the quiet beauty. The location was great for day trips up to Holland and Saugatuk…but there was also plenty to do within 10-20 minutes (especially if you like wineries). Would definitely stay again!

I had a perfect stay at Sharon’s cottage. It had everything I needed for a comfy, cozy weekend. The cottage was clean and charming and well stocked. Couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful and relaxing spot!

Had a great time with some friends at Candy’s property! She had helpful notes and cozy decorations all over the cabin, and we took full advantage of all the amenities she had to offer. We frequently saw ducks, swans, and other wildlife passing by and it was the perfect place to unwind and relax. Would definitely recommend to anyone that is looking to enjoy a weekend on the lake or take a breather from their busy lives! 🎣

Probably the best experience I have ever had with Airbnb and a host. Perfect place and a perfect host to accompany the place.

This property is beautiful and quite. It's a great place to get away from the hustle back home and disconnect from all the technology (although there are TVs in two of the bedrooms and good wifi if you need it). And the resturant recommendation that was about 10 minutes away was great food! I'd definitely recommend this if you need some time to just be with friends/family, play games, enjoy the lake and nature!

we had an amazing time! The lake and wildlife were beautiful. The house is spacious and all the furniture was very comfortable. It was extremely clean. They had a ton of amenities we weren't expecting, like a griddle and spices. The only flaw in the whole trip was we had a 1am alarm go off and we couldn't contact anyone. Luckily we guessed the code! No one called us for a follow up the next day either. But other than that, it was the perfect trip!
