The tastefully furnished cozy apartment provides an ideal relaxing setting with beautiful views. Outfront is our new pickleball court & putting green for our guests' enjoyment! We are located just 1 mile from downtown Potsdam, 1 mile from Clarkson, 2 miles from SUNY Potsdam, and 10 miles from SLU and SUNY Canton. We know you'll love our place!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful country paradise! Enjoy all the seasons here with the main snowmobile/ATV trail right at the end of the driveway. Go for a hike, or horseback ride through the Brasher State Forest trails. Or maybe a fishing/hunting trip, as there are 30k acres of beautiful public land surrounding the river front property and a variety of fish in the river (musky,walleye,bass!) A quiet dead end road, that turns into a a trailway that can take you as far as Old Forge!

Spectacular Lake Cabin 8 acres & private boat dock

Eight acres dedicated to you. The cabin is nearly 3000 square feet with cathedral windows, a loft, main floor and game room (three floors). Swim off the pirate boat dock. Fish all year. Hike on property or local trails. Star gaze around the fire pit. Spend a rainy day in the game room. Be mesmerized by the fall colors. Enjoy winter sports. Visit Canada, 1000 Islands and Adirondacks (45-60 minute drives). Have sweet dreams in a king bed, two twins, and pull outs. Dog friendly (limited two).

For those seeking extra indulgence, the apartment also features a private hot tub – exclusively for our guests' use!

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The deck is nestled into the rock and is surrounded by pines, giving a sense of being a part of nature with spectacular views of Trout Lake and the evening sunsets. On the deck's first level is a new, large barbecue grill and dining table. The second level has an electric hot tub with jets. Also included in rental is a 9.9 hp pontoon boat, 2 paddle board and 5 kayaks.
