Loft holiday rentals in St. Louis County

Ran and crew were amazing!! lots of communication, they were flexible with the check-in which helped us out a ton!! We had a fire alarm chirping and they immediately had the problem fixed. This is the second house I have rented from them and its been nothing but professional and amazing time. Highly recommend using their team for whatever you are doing in St. Louis.

What a beautiful loft type feel. The balcony was so nice with the view of the river, bridge, and everything else. Lots of cute shops just steps away. Plenty of parking and felt very very safe. Booked for a girl's weekend and instantly booked again for a few weeks away. Mike is amazing and you can tell he knows what people need to keep them comfortable.

We brought a group of 13 teenage boys to see the sights and go to Six Flags. It was clean, roomy and had comfortable beds. The kitchen was nicely stocked. It is very conveniently located near the Arch and has easy access to the highway and downtown, including Busch stadium. There is some street parking but it can be difficult to find spots nearby so be prepared to walk a short distance or to pay for garage parking.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable with a great view of the Mississippi. It's roomy and the four of us who stayed were never in each others way for anything. We requested an early check in and Mike was quick to approve it. Mike also had some good suggestions for places to watch sports nearby. The property is walking distance from a number of good places to eat and Post Commons makes some great coffee. We would definitely stay there again.

Great view! There were quite a few stairs if you have any issues with your legs. overall good place. would definitely stay again!

We went to a conference at the convention center in St. Louis, location was great- walking distance to the convention center, the hockey arena, Busch stadium and surrounding ballpark attractions- several restaurants within walking distance as well.

This location was a great place to stay for a bachelor party. There are plenty of beds and open spaces for the group to hangout together. It’s a convenient location to walk to the ballpark as well.

This was a perfect stay for us going to a cards game. The pool table was a hit with the three 14 year olds and the beds were comfy and the place was clean and nice. Also, the balcony was a plus! Good value overall.

Perfect little apartment for a quick weekend stay in the heart of the city. The stairs are long & steep inside as she warned us and that was no issue for us. Being in the city, there was motorcycle & loud car noise at times in the evening later than I would have preferred but I still got a good night’s sleep. We could walk to restaurants & felt extremely safe.

Was in town to install my exhibition at the Soldiers Memorial Museum. With the high level of intensity of the work involved, this place was the perfect oasis after a long day of installation.. we were able to cook our own meals, kickback and relax the entire time we were here. As an artist, I appreciated the vibe of the building and location with close proximity to the museum.. the space is fantastic. Wish I could move in lol I do know that it will be my landing when I come back for activities around my exhibit. Don’t hesitate to book here, or you will not regret it! I only regret was that I did not get to hang out at all the cool places in the neighborhood or eat at the Nigerian restaurant down the street.

The host was extremely friendly and helpful our entire stay and the loft was just like the listing. The space was spotless when we arrived, amenities like the rooftop view were one of our favorite parts and it overall was an amazing stay. Would definitely recommend!

This place exceeded our expectations. Perfect location for exploring St. Charles. The place was roomy, spotless and had a modern feel in a historic building. We also really appreciate the flexibility during the time of our check-in. I highly recommend this place!

Great place. Very quiet area. And easy to get where we needed to be.

Heart-stopping beautiful place: the visual art, every functional object as art, even the spatial arrangement of decor and furniture was eye candy! And it was as functional as it was beautiful! Stairs may be too steep for mobility-impaired guests. Parking in front has sign for no parking during school hours; John said that was the spot for resident parking. Since I didn't want to risk a ticket, I just street-parked on next street. Easy street parking. Fronting somewhat busy street; some morning traffic might wake very light sleepers though very quiet at night. The experience was overwhelmingly calm and beautiful. I will definitely definitely definitely be booking John's place again.
