I enjoyed my stay! It was clean and convenient.

What an amazing place. Only a few steps to the white sand. You could hear the ocean and they were beautiful sunrises every morning. Right out the back door you have the pool. There was a bottle of white wine waiting for us and two bottles of water to get us started. The bed was so comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. So many great restaurants nearby. We walked the beach every day and collected shells and even walked up to Neptune and Atlantic Beach. Perfect spot to stay in Jax Beach.

My Husband and I loved our stay at Monica’s place! He’s not even one for “aesthetics” but kept mentioning how it looked “even cuter than the pictures!” It was just what we needed for the night! We will definitely be back if we’re in the area again!

Beautiful place, spacious, very clean and new-looking. Fresh flowers were a nice touch. Pretty gardens outside the door. About 100 feet to the beach access. Beach is very unpopulated and goes for miles. A nice quiet little getaway, with nearby state parks and a little historic town with shops and restaurants. Owners live onsite. Great place.

This space was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! Beautiful area, pool and beach access nearby. The space was clean, beds were comfy and the instructions for check in/out were very clear. My second time staying at Alfredo's place it's clean and comfortable and not far off of 95 so very convenient a big spacious bathroom the communication and ease of check in make it perfect for those who like contact free opportunities highly recommend thank you Alfredo once again

We had a fantastic stay! Sam was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, making communication a breeze. The home was ready earlier than expected, and they kindly let us check in at our convenience, which was a huge plus. The location couldn't have been better—central to everything we wanted to explore. The space was comfortable, well-kept, and made for a truly enjoyable experience. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

This place was perfect for a weekend away for a wedding. We brought our dogs and the house and yard were awesome! The house had everything - golf cart, beach chairs & towels, well stocked kitchen, and very close to the beach. There’s a greenway about 1 mile away - great for long dogs walks as an alternative to beach walks. Highly recommend this property if you’re staying in the area!

My husband and I had a very lovely stay at Laura's adorable home! It was extremely clean, the bed was super comfortable, she supplied EVERYTHING, and was extremely easy to communicate with! My family enjoyed staying at this home. The house was as pictured plus the host was very accommodating for our stay. Everyone was comfortable and loved the games and beach gear that was provided.

We were here for the graduation of our granddaughter. What a wonderful experience. Home was just right and host is above expectations and so kind. You will have an amazing trip on Saint Simon island. Lots to do and great restaurants. Close to shops, and the beach. Don’t miss the World War II museum and lighthouse. Top of lighthouse you can see forever.

This was a great stay and I would love to come back soon and everything was great from the easy check in and an easy check out. The area was great.

My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again

We had a fantastic stay at Maria’s condo! They had everything we needed & more. The beach down the street had lively restaurants and you could even drive your car onto the beach. We appreciated it when Maria was immediately available when we had a question. Great trip and would definitely re-visit this location next time we are in town. Thank you Maria!!
