It’s a three minute walk to the Vinoy and there is a large amount of amazing restaurants, bistros, museums, galleries, waterfront parks, trails. These are all walking and/or biking distance. We have a huge arts and culture scene, we are also a ‘foodie’ town and are becoming known for our craft beer. It's a 5 minute drive to Tropicana for baseball & 15 minutes to the Gulf of Mexico, St Pete beach.

We’re a quick 15-20 min drive to some of Florida’s best beaches and only a 25 min drive to Tampa International Airport or the St. Petersburg/Clearwater Airport.
