Difficile de juger le quartier. Nous sommes arrivés à 23h00 et repartis à 7h30. Nous avons oublié une veste dans le logement et très gentiment le propriétaire nous a proposé plusieurs solutions pour la récupérer. Sympa ....

Staying at Riad’s home was an absolute highlight of our trip! The house is perfectly located, nestled in a quiet area but just steps away from shops, restaurants, and with incredibly easy access to everything we wanted to explore in Paris and the Seine !! The views are breathtaking, and the home itself is both elegant and cozy : beautifully designed, spotless, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay so comfortable. Riad, thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us, we truly felt like locals in a dream setting. We can’t wait to come back!

Gemütliches Studio in ruhiger Umgebung für ein paar Tage Paris - angenehm kühl an heißen Tagen. Die Gartenterrasse ist auch angenehm, um etwas Sonne zu genießen oder draußen zu essen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, wir haben sogar zwei Stück selbstgebackenen, superleckereren Kuchen geschenkt bekommen. Empfehlenswert für den Preis.

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

Mon frère a été très bien accueilli chez Mouloud. C’est un super hôte et très réactif. À proximité du métro et propose un emplacement pour la voiture ce qui rend le séjour agréable car pas besoin de se déplacer en voiture ds Paris. Je vous recommande vivement

J’ai passé un super séjour ! Le logement est très propre et l’endroit est très joli, très agréable. On se sent en sécurité et à l’aise dans ce petit havre de paix. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et amicaux. C’était un plaisir ! Merci !

We very much enjoyed our stay at Didier’s home. Our favorite aspect was the location, right in the middle of a wonderful neighborhood, filled with quant little cafes, bakeries, shops, and local families too. It was so special to see how real Parisian’s live and we feel blessed to have found this place. We also appreciated Didier’s clear communication.

Schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit Lift und eigenem Tiefgaragenplatz. 10 min Fußweg zum Bahnhof (RER D). Damit alle Ziele in Paris gut erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Beautiful private apartment in the heart of the city! Extra luxury touches like a Sonos in the bedroom, heated bathroom floors, and electric blinds were awesome. Would stay here again.

Charlie was an incredible host. Her place was charming with the most beautiful view of the Sacre-Couer. We found the bed exceptionally comfortable and it was nice to have a good hair dryer available. If you like style and a want a magical experience in Paris, stay here. We loved it!

Logement propre et hôte très accueillant je recommande

This was the first time I've ever rented an Airbnb. I am now ruined! But in a good way. My experience at Isabelle's place was just fantastic from beginning to end. Isabelle answered all my questions prior to arrival, and I had plenty. The actual apartment is exactly as it is depicted in the photos and the description. There were no surprises. The apartment was a great place for us to stay for nine nights. We so appreciated that there is a washing machine there. Made packing so much easier. The location was such a great discovery. We had been to two of the nearby restaurants, but had been there only in the evening, and never explored. The neighborhood is so vibrant, with loads of lovely cafes, restaurants, food shops (found a nice cheese and a nice ham place), two markets, and between two metro stops. We will mostly certainly return.

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Wir (zwei Familien) mit zwei Kindern (1&2 Jahre) waren bei Mehdi Zuhause. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und es war auch Kinderfreundlich. Es ist eine super Lage und vom Ausblick brauchen wir gar nicht zu sprechen. Vielen dank für alles 🥰 Kleiner Tipp, einen Mülleimer mehr im Badezimmer wäre toll 😉

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Hier gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch François waren einfach spitze. Selten habe ich einen Vermieter wie ihn kennen gelernt, der so schnell auf Fragen reagiert hat, allgemein alles so perfekt vorbereitet hat und proaktiv nach fragte, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Très bon sejour dans un appartement un peu bruyant (mais c’est souvent le cas à Paris). Seul bémol : la douche est probablement à rénover. Communication très facile et logement spacieux. Proche métro.

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions.
