Our little paradise is located on the seafront, has direct entrance to the beach and great view of the sea. We gave our hearts and minds to make 35m2 perfect for up to 4 travelers. Living room and kitchen are fully furnished with plenty of details and sunshine. On the balcony (10m2) you can enjoy little lounge in the shade of the 70 years old pine tree. Bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 is on the loft (has a great sea view). Bathroom features walk in shower. 1 park place is included.

The large bathroom is new and we are currently renovating the large brown room in which we have installed a second air conditioner so that now the apartment has 2 air conditioners.

Modern, fully equipped new house in a small tourist place Stanici, not far from the town of Omis. House is situated above the main road, 250 meters from the sea and pebble beach. The house is accessible by vehicle.
