Apartment "Aqua 1" it is located in a quiet place, it is decorated in such a way that it exudes warmth and a nice atmosphere, so it is ideal for family vacations. It is intended for four people, but it offers the possibility for four/five people to stay in it. It has a spacious terrace with an incredible view of the sea, where our guests like to enjoy their first morning coffee and breakfast.The pebbly beach and the apartment are directly connected by stairs, which provides a special atmosphere.

Our little paradise is located on the seafront, has direct entrance to the beach and great view of the sea. We gave our hearts and minds to make 35m2 perfect for up to 4 travelers. Living room and kitchen are fully furnished with plenty of details and sunshine. On the balcony (10m2) you can enjoy little lounge in the shade of the 70 years old pine tree. Bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 is on the loft (has a great sea view). Bathroom features walk in shower. 1 park place is included.

Large modern apartment, with 2 large terraces, solar shower, 2 entrances, 2 bathrooms, veranda, great sea view, garden, wifi, large kitchen. The apartment is comfortable and only 50m from the sea. The large bathroom is new and we are currently renovating the large brown room in which we have installed a second air conditioner so that now the apartment has 2 air conditioners.

Our house, with a private court and parking, is situated literally 5m from the sea and has a wonderful view towards the island of Brač. Stanići is a weekend resort 30km from the city of Split and is located on the area of Croatian coast with the best beaches. And yes - the terrace is for THIS APARTMENT AND ONLY THIS APARTMENT guests only :) *max 4 adults allowed
