I think this was one if not the best AirBnb booking experience that we had. A beautifully designed, cosy and comfortable private house, right in the centre of Belgrade, surrounded by museums, restaurants, shops and Belgrade’s beautiful architecture. Adrian, is most attentive, a wonderful host who will accommodate you and help you settle in, who you can count on if you have any questions, ranging from how the stove works to where is the best place to get groceries. Very interesting to talk to, had a lot of fun anecdotes and in general very charming and witty. We lived there for about two weeks and it was the best two weeks abroad we had, a true “Home away from home” experience. I cannot recommend the T.L.C high enough! Absolutely 12/10! Thank you!

We liked everything about this place, starting from friendly host who responded quickly, to easy check-in, on-site parking, great location, extremely clean, and with everything you need (well stocked kitchen).

Ich habe mich in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt - sie ist zwar klein, aber sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Lage ist perfekt: zentral, nahe der Altstadt und mit Bus und Bahn super erreich-bar. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Nikola - er war immer erreichbar und sofort zur Stelle, wenn ich etwas gebraucht habe. Ein sehr verlässlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Top 👌

Wenn auch an einer Hauptstraße gelegen, fühlt man sich aufgrund des grün bewachsenen Hinterhofes auf der Rückseite des Hauses geborgen, so dass der Verkehr weiter entfernt erscheint. Die Wohnung hat alles Notwendige - sogar einen Arbeitsplatz. Sie ist unter Rücksichtnahme der alten Bausubstanz liebevoll, mitunter durch kreativ-praktikable Lösungen findend, hergerichtet. Der Holzboden, die großen Fenster, im Zusammenspiel mit dem Blick auf die Bäume und des Bildes an der gegenüberliegenden Wand, geben dem Raum eine schöne Atmosphäre. Der durch den Eingang lichtbeschienene Vorraum mit Ganzkörperspiegel vergrößert das kleine innenliegende Bad. Pedja ist freundlich, zuvorkommend, klar kommunizierend und da, wenn man ihn braucht - einfach angenehm.

The apartment was well equipped. Communication with Voxi was very good.

Very well performance for the price. The apartment is at the center of Belgrade, I didn't take any bus during my 7 days trip. I'm sensitive to sounds during sleeping so my only concern was the pigeons coming at the mornings, despite that I'd still rent it again.

O apartamento estava tudo conforme as fotos e a descrição, localização bem centralizada, perto do centro!! O anfitrião respondia bem rápido as mensagens. Irei voltar mais vezes!

Zoran and his wife are wonderful and very attentive hosts. They were extremely helpful in making sure we got from the airport to the house comfortably. They had even prepared a Belgrade travel guide for us at the house — including a Turkish version! The house was very clean, you can stay there with peace of mind. Location of the house: It's close to everything — you can walk everywhere or take the bus from stops nearby. There’s a market close to the house and a bakery right across the street. If I were to come to Belgrade again, I would definitely choose this place again.

Luca is a very warmhearted host! He helped us to arrange a ride from the airport to the apartment. Since we arrived very early on the check-in day, we left our luggage in the car and hang around in the downtown. Later when we checked in our luggage was in the apt already. The apartment is not big, but it is enough for 2 people. There’s a huge balcony and the view is unbeatable. You can see the Saint Mark’s church, Novi Dvor and the Parliament. The main attraction pionts are very close, you can reach there by walk… there are convince syores, bakery shops, bar, etc. And the history museum just need the cornor... Luca also gives me many advice on places to visit. Luca是一个很好的host，非常热，回信息的速度也特别快。他帮我们安排机场接送的车，25欧一趟。小公寓不大，但五脏俱全。大露台风景无敌，白天晚上都超美。旁边就是历史博物馆，国会，总统府。走5分钟就是圣马可教堂，10分钟到共和广场。旁边配套设施也齐全，有小超市，酒吧，咖啡厅等等。

básico básico básico pero creo que por el precio es justo... limpio. Buena vista buena ubicación. hubo un día de mucho calor que era insoportable se calentaba demasiado la habitación. la descripción corresponde totalmente y no tengo nada que objetar , sólo como punto a mejorar sería la "cama". ese sillón es muy incómodo . la almohada no es una almohada para un adulto. creo que es hora de comprar un nuevo sillón cama de mejor calidad es estás durmiendo prácticamente sobre una madera. lo demás es justo y básico por el precio pagado.

Квартира супер! Хозяин квартиры приятный по общению человек, заботливый. Расположение квартиры тоже хорошее. В квартире чистота и уют! Супер!

Igor was helpful with everything and very kind. The apartment was super clean and well-organized. I had no issues with hot water or any other features. The place is great but there are no windows, so I couldn’t get any fresh air during the days I stayed. I recommend keeping that in mind. Other than that, everything was perfect, thank you! 🙏🏻

The apartment is just as shown in the photos. It is in the same building as the city’s most famous pizzeria and only a 1-minute walk from Knez Mihailova Street. The location is within walking distance to everywhere. The host is always ready to help. If we come again, we will definitely stay here. Highly recommended!

Great location, it's literally at the heart of Belgrade. Nice apartment. Nikola is a great host and very friendly person. He welcomed us face to face and give some suggestions around which was great. Apartment was really clean and comfortable as described. Totally recommended.

Marco is a great host, he arranged my transfer from the airport and allowed me a late check out. Highly recommended!

Easy to deal with, helped me book and check in the same night(was lucky enough to get a hold of them risking not having a place to stay that night). Perfect and will definitely go back my next stay!
