Beachfront holiday rental in Stari Grad

Un des meilleurs logements que nous ayons fait ! Tout était vraiment parfait, l'emplacement à 10min du centre, pas très loin de plusieurs belles criques. Et alors le lieu ! Un vrai paradis, l'appartement était encore mieux qu'en photos (je crois qu'il a été repeint), la piscine et l'accès mer littéralement devant la porte : incroyable ! L'accès aux paddles, bouées, masques est réellement un plus ! Mais le meilleur pour la fin, l'accueil de Lovorka, Filip et leur team qui se sont rendus disponibles, réactifs et chaleureux toute la semaine avec de nombreuses recommandations. Nous reviendrons c'est certain ! Encore merci et à bientôt.

Loved staying here and the location is perfect, with beaches, restaurants and shops 2 mins from the apartment. Really easy to find/get to from the Ferry Port even with big bags and the property was very well equipped. Durdica and her husband were very welcoming and helpful. Thank you!

Très jolie petite maison, dans un coin très calme. En pleine nature, à quelques dizaines de mètre de la plage qui pendant notre séjour n’a était visité que par nous. Super accueil que nous a réservé Mario, sa petite maison est très bien équipé nous avons manqué de rien. Heureux d’avoir découvert l’île de Brac avec ce logement comme endroit où dormir et passé du bon temps.

The perfect stay! Beautiful location with access for a dip in the sea less than a minute walk away. The infamous Pokonji beach around a 10 minute walk too. And only a 20 minute walk along the promenade into the port, we rented a scooter so we could travel the island more and get into down quicker. The apartment was the perfect size for two and had everything we needed from; beach towels, to cooking equipment, coffee & tea. The upstairs deck was beautiful to sunbathe on. Darjie looked after us for our stay, he greated us when we arrived and gave us some information on the local area and was always around when ever we needed anything and was very kind. He also allowed us to have an early check in and a late check out! I would highly recommend this place to any couples, much nicer than being right in the port.

Svjetlana & Darinko are extremely nice and helpful hosts, communication was easy and quick. The apartment is located perfectly on the waterfront, in short walking distance to the city center and nearby beaches. Most of all we enjoyed the small outdoor kitchen and cozy terrace! Perfect stay in Hvar!

We had a fantastic stay! The accommodation is in a perfect location—close to plenty of great restaurants, bars, and local spots. Although we arrived earlier than the official check-in time, Vlad was incredibly accommodating and kindly let us in early. We were welcomed with a beautifully prepared home and thoughtful extras like fresh fruit, cheese, ham, beers, wine, and water in the fridge. The house itself is comfortable, with cozy beds and a great space to relax after a long day of work. It really felt like a home away from home. Vlad was an exceptional host—responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely hospitable. He went above and beyond by sending us recommendations for amazing places to eat and even helped us secure a reservation at one of the island's top restaurants. On our last day, he graciously allowed us to store our heavy luggage in his basement after checkout, which was a huge help since we had a late flight. I can't speak highly enough of both the place and Vlad’s hospitality

What a gem of a place! Fantastic view and a lovely apartment. Promenade walk of 20 minutes to Hvar was breathtaking. Nino’s attention to detail, recommendations, and friendliness were much appreciated. One of, if not the best, we have ever stayed in.

BOOK THIS PLACE!! I cannot say enough about Ivan and his lovely home. He met us in the parking space and carried our luggage down the 200 steps to oceanfront paradise! When the brief tour of the house took us outside to the pool, hottub and oceanfront I almost cried. This was exactly what we needed on our vacation and it was better than expected. The house was stocked in every way imaginable, lacked nothing at all. Ivan made sure to leave us a welcome gift of food, wine and all kinds of yummy things. The house was SPOTLESS. Coming in May was so wonderful because we used the pool, ocean and hot tub in constant rotation. We ate our meals outside (there were two places with full 8-person dining tables) and enjoyed every moment here. My daughter's 20th birthday was during our stay and Ivan surprised us with a delicious treat from a local bakery! He also sent occasional local recommendations throughout our stay via message. It was very helpful! We LOVED this stay!!

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Personen. die Lage ist traumhaf. sehr ruhig und man kann direkt von der Villa ins Meer. Das Haus war sehr sauber und hat so wie auf den Fotos ausgesehen. die Küche im Haus und auch die Aussenküche waren top ausgerüstet und hatten alles, was man braucht. der Grill und der Pizzaofen fanden wir super. das Haus ist etwas abseits gelegen. Restaurants hat es keine in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind aber genügend vorhanden und mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. das Haus ist perfekt für erholsame Ferien.

The Magical island villa was truly that - magical! Peaceful and private and easy to get to the nearest towns, especially with the bikes Grgo kindly left us. The pool was heated perfectly and the terrace was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the view.

Everything about the house was great. However all local restaurants and bars that were walkable were shut until next year which we didn't expect. Also although their websites say the are open many supermarkets were shut on the Sunday - had we known in advance we would have bought more on the Saturday. These things aside - the house was lovely, clean and everything we wanted.

The Villa was an amazing home base for our week on Brac’! thank you to Marin and the entire team for your work to make our dream vacation perfect!

The location was wonderful. I traveled with three teenagers who loved that they could walk to the town to go out at night and walk to the beach. The adults loved the pool and how close the beaches were. The only thing that wasn’t 100% great was the air conditioning. He needed another unit in the living room area of the upper apartment. We were there in July when temperatures were 90 degrees + and we couldn’t use the living room, too hot. I would definitely book again.

What a fantastic apartment. It's extremely well equipped, with every little detail thought of. The balcony is a wonderfully peaceful place to sit and enjoy the beautiful view of the inlet and the pine-clad hills. Our kids loved the pool, and also the pool table, even though they've never played before! The location is about as good as you could hope for - it's about a 10 minute walk in one direction to the centre of Vrboska and a nice selection of restaurants and shops, and a 10 minute walk in the other direction to a lovely shaded beach with an Aqua Park, a couple of kiosks and a cafe. And if you just want to get into the sea, about 50 metres from the apartment there is a very pleasant little cove to swim in. Thank you very much to our hosts Predrag and Dajana, who were always very helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful holiday and are already planning our return.

Schön und ruhig gelegen. Das Haus ist wirklich seinen Preis wert. Es bietet alles, was man braucht und noch viel mehr. Die kleine, einsame Bucht vor dem Haus erreicht man nach einem kurzen Fußmarsch. Mit dem Kajak oder den Buggys kann man ohne Probleme andere Buchten anfahren. Wer sich etwas Ruhe und Erholung im Urlaub wünscht, ist hier genau richtig.

We spent an incredible 6 nights here. The views are out of this world. We loved the easy access to Sveta Nedilja's small but beautiful beach just below the house. The property has so many options for outside seating and lounging, and every corner is as beautiful as the next. We also loved the local restaurant, a 2 minute walk away! Marija is a wonderful, warm and kind host who made us feel so welcome. We cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Es war einfach nur schön! Das Apartment, die Aussicht, die Küste, der Garten - einfach alles! Dank Nebensaison waren wir fast alleine und haben die Zweisamkeit genossen. Ivan war super höflich und hilfsbereit! Das Sahnehäubchen war für uns der super süße schielende Kater, der auf einmal auftauchte. Nicht nur seinetwegen werden wir sicherlich nochmal wiederkommen!

Ante's apartment was way better than described. The pictures do not do enough justice to how amazing this apartment is. It felt like home right away. It is clean, well-equipped, and has a breath-taking view. It's a few minutes walk to the center where you can find great restaurants and everything. Ante was a great host. On the day of the check-in, he was there to welcome me and even helped with my bags, he gave me some recommendations on things to do in the area. His family live just below and they were really friendly each time I ran into them. This place is really a gem and it's great value for money. I will definitely look out for this place when next I visit Hvar.

We spent a week at this beautiful lower level condo. Had a great view and walkable to town of Hvar and the beach. We did have a car so we did explore other beaches throughout the Island. We loved the fast food restaurant right next door and the shaded parking.

This is the perfect place to stay in hvar. The location is excellent, house is well equipped and the view from the balcony is incredible. The hosts went above and beyond for us and we are so grateful for our wonderful stay.

Lovely apartment very close to the harbour. Walkable to lots of bars, restaurants and shops. Outside terrace, but sadly no views. Situated over a lively bar but no problems with noise disturbance at night.

Apartamento cómodo, con un baño amplio y extremadamente limpio y una ventana que hacía de postal….Ubicado en el punto más concurrido de la isla, justo en la Riva portuaria, lugar donde se concentra el movimiento de la gente y punto de partida para otros destinos por ferry. Sofía , encantadora, nos esperó y ayudó a subir el equipaje. Justo debajo del alojamiento se encuentra el Restaurant del mismo propietario, donde comimos a nuestra llegada y también lo recomiendo. Lugar excelente, por su ubicación y confort. Sin duda lo recomendamos

L’appartement était très bien équipé, nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Viktorija répondait rapidement à nos interrogations. Superbe vue du balcon, à moins de 10 minutes à pied du port. L’appartement était spacieux pour accueillir confortablement 2 personnes. Un supermarché juste en face et un plus grand à quelques minutes facilite les courses pour cuisiner nos repas dans une cuisine ultra -équipée. Condiments, huile d’olive olive fournis, ce qui est grandement apprécié. Lave-linge et corde à linge très pratique pour les voyageurs légers. Je recommande fortement cet hébergement et y retournerais sans aucune hésitation.
