Holiday rentals with a pool in Stari Grad

Ivana was an excellent host and she responded to all our messages promptly and was extremely helpful. We visited as 6 adults. The property is essentially two apartments. One on the top floor with two bedrooms and one on the ground floor. Both very clean and tidy The pool house is a lovely feature with amazing views of Sunmartin. There are two restaurants and a bar within walking distance and Sunmartin is a 5 minute drive away (approx another 6 restaurants and bars). Tommy's supermarket is also 5 minutes drive away. There are lots of areas locally to swim in the fantastic clear blue sea. Ivana ensures her guests have everything they need to enjoy their time in Selca. If you are looking for an unspoilt part of the world that hasn't yet been hit by tourism then look no further than Villa Diamond.

Villa Belpur is a lovely large, modern villa with a spectacular pool area that’s even better than the pictures. Set back from the road near Pitve, the location is beautiful. Communication with owner Tina at Tranquilladria was mostly excellent, including all sorts of very helpful local info, recommendations and bookings. We used the driver, Marko, for nights out in Hvar (book in advance) and Jelsa which worked really well, we also had a hire car which we’d recommend as there’s lots nearby but not easily walkable. We were disappointed to be told only on check-in by the local property manager that the hot tub was inoperative. That said, Tina subsequently offered compensation and even made efforts to arrange some time for us in a local spa which was very much appreciated, and overall we really enjoyed our time at Belpur and would recommend it for larger parties in particular.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich etwas besonderes. Eine tolle ruhige Lage, aber dennoch nah am Hafen/Ortsmitte/Strand um alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Pool auf der Terrasse ist herrlich, und der Ausblick vom Balkon zum Festland jeden Morgen aufs Neue wunderschön. Frano ist ein herzlicher und wunderbarer Gastgeber, der sich ganz toll um seine Gäste kümmert.

We had the most wonderful stay at villa bella. The photos do not do it justice, it has the most breathtaking views. It’s so well priced seeing as it has the most beautiful views I’ve ever seen. The villa was completely spotless, spacious and so homely. We all really enjoyed our stay here. Filip is the most amazing host! I stayed with my grandparents, they arrived before me, Filip picked my grandparents up from the ferry and settled them in. He also went above and beyond, took them food shopping, helped them book taxis and the ferry back. He also met my husband and I at the ferry and helped us to a taxi. He was here early morning every morning to clean the pool. I was always asleep but my nan was normally up and she loved their little chats, she thinks he’s wonderful! He also brought croissants He is honestly so amazing and so kind and really goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect.

We didnt want to leave!!! We are already recommending this lovely little find to friends and family and we will definitely be back. We booked last minute and Maja could not have been anymore accommodating and helpful. The villa was everything we could have wished for . Everything was clean and comfortable. The location was amazing only 5 minute walk to the harbour and restaurants and 15 minutes to the beach. We rented a boat for the day to explore the islands and rented bikes for a day and cycled over to Jesla which was a delight. Hvar town is only 30mins taxi ride away . Wir waren eine Gruppe von 5 Freunden und wir würden immer wieder in diese wunderschöne Villa kommen! Am besten gefallen hat uns der Pool, der Whirlpool und die Nähe zum Strand. Wir haben unsere Sommerabende sehr auf der Terrasse genossen. In der Umgebung kann man viel unternehmen, Zip Lining, Quad fahren, Jetski fahren oder die schönen Städte Omis und Makarska erkunden. Ena unsere Gastgeberin war super freundlich und immer schnell erreichbar, vielen Dank für alles! Einzig die Einfahrt mit dem Auto ist schon sehr eng aber machbar ;)

Nothing compares to the accommodations at this home. The hosts and cleaning staff were incredible and the home has to be one of the best options in Hvar.

We love this house 🥰 We have stayed here before and we will always come back 🥰 The house is beautiful, clean and delicate decorated! It’s in a quiet area and private 🥰 Not far away from the village with restaurants and stores. The supermarket is just around the corner. The owners are very friendly and they respond quickly to messages. The pool is very nice and the view is stunning!🤩 Absolutely love this house! 🥰🥰🥰

We had such an amazing holiday here could not recommend this place enough. The flat is clean, tidy and very nice. Masa and her family were extremely helpful and welcoming. The area and town itself is very beautiful and the flat is in a great location. We would definitely return and stay here again.

Nella casa di Carla ci si sente come a casa propria L’appartamento era pulitissimo e con una splendida vista, dotato di ogni comfort La posizione, leggermente decentrata rispetto al centro di Supetar, non è stato un problema dal momento che eravamo in macchina Abbiamo inoltre molto apprezzato il parcheggio privato collegato all’appartamento Pur non avendola incontrata di persona, Carla è stata sempre molto disponibile a rispondere ai nostri messaggi in tempi brevissimi e disponibile ad aiutarci per ogni necessità Un piacevolissimo soggiorno

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt bei Josipa. Die Unterkunft ist nur 4 Minuten vom Strand entfernt und wunderschön eingerichtet. Besonders der Balkon mit dem herrlichen Blick aufs Meer hat uns begeistert. Der Pool und die gepflegten Gärten laden zum Entspannen ein. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst lieb, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war schön, sich willkommen zu fühlen und sie standen uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die Möglichkeit, im Untergeschoss die Wäsche zu waschen, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr komfortabel gemacht hat. Wir freuen uns bereits auf unseren nächsten Besuch und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!

The apartment is located approximately 10 steps from the sea and has its own entrance to the sea, sun loungers by the sea and at the same time sun loungers by the pool, which is available to guests and is directly in front of the apartment. There are plenty of parasols and good quality seating on the terrace. Everything was absolutely clean and even during our long stay there everything was kept absolutely clean at all times. We had an outdoor grill with all the equipment. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything we could possibly need. The host was very friendly and helpful. A few minutes walk are restaurants, supermarket, bakery, fresh vegetables and fish from fishermen. The place is quiet and safe. The host also provided us with a buoy to tie up our motorboat. Thank you for everything, we spent three weeks of our holiday here and it was an excellent choice of accommodation.

Loved Jacquie and Martin’s place. Very clean and generous home. Many trips into town. Great restaurants. Walking down to the beach was fun. There are steps down to the left and a paved (non step) way down on the right to get to town. My husband has a hip issue so the gradual path to the right was much easier both down and up. This is one of our favorite Airbnbs so far.

The flat was just as big and beautiful as in the pictures. The view is amazing, the terrace is huge. It’s within walking distance of several beaches and all the restaurants of Milna. On-site parking was convenient and the pool a big plus after a day at the beach or early in the morning. One of the bedrooms is a little harder to access due to the low ceiling but that’s easily solved by going through the other bedroom which has a normal-sized door and stairs. The two bathrooms with toilet were appreciated, and the AC was super effective! All in all a great stay, thank you Ivona and Suzanna!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Owner was really helpful and always available. House had a huge terrace in the middle of a farm. If you look for a quiet and tranquil spot this is for you. Stari grad only 5 min drive. Beautiful beaches in 30 min drive. we would return anytime.

Gorąco polecam to miejsce! Dom położony jest na wzgórzu, nieco nad miejscowością, co pozwala na spektakularny widok na Selca i morze z tarasu. Dom jest wynajmowany gościom tylko w lecie, w pozostałe miesiące mieszkają tu właściciele - od razu widać i czuć ten domowy klimat i charakter. Można się poczuć jak w domu, kuchnia jest maksymalnie wyposażona. Układ domu, przestronny tears i duże patio pozwalają na wygodne funkcjonowanie 6 osób. Jest ogródek warzywny, ładnie utrzymane rośliny ogrodowe i kwiaty. Dom w serwisie Airbnb wystawia agencja, ale gości witają i obsługują właściciele domu - przesympatyczni i bardzo pomocni. Wielokrotnie podczas pobytu ugościli nas własnymi produktami - warzywami, jajkami z pobliskiego kurnika i pyszną oliwą. Basen i jacuzzi są regularnie czyszczone. Dom położony w spokojnej części wyspy, co jest dużym atutem. W pobliżu (dojazd autem, ale nie ma problemu z parkowaniem) są śliczne kameralne, kamieniste plaże. W Selca jest duży wygodnymarket spożywczy.

Cíleně jsme pro svou dovolenou hledali místo "stranou od všech a všeho", a to nám toto ubytování bezpodmíněčně splnilo. Krásné místo v naprostém soukromí, klid, úchvatný výhled, několik variant venkovního sezení, čistý bazén, adekvátní a plně dostačující vnitřní vybavení, naprosto plnohodnotné zázemí. Veškeré služby a spousty různých pláží a zátok jsou autem pohodlně dostupné napříč ostrovem. Při příjezdu jsme od majitele dostali tipy nejen na nejlepší pláže, ale také na výlety nebo obchody, což bylo velmi milé. Máme pouze jedinou věc, kterou bychom příště uvítali - kdyby alespon jedno z venkovních sezení bylo kryté před deštěm. Všechna sezení mají střechu z rákosu a protože během našeho pobytu poměrně hodně pršelo, znamenalo to bohužel, že jsme během deště nemohli být venku, ale jen vevnitř. A protože jsme v dešti vykládali i nakládali věci do auta, nejvíc by se to zastřešení hodilo asi u vchodu do domu. Ale to je jen náš tip :) I tak bylo toto ubytování fantastické!

Wir waren mit Freunden für einige Tage in diesem unbeschreiblichen Haus mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Wir konnten unseren Kurzurlaub in vollen Zügen genießen, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Check-in & Check-out waren absolut unkompliziert. Auf Fragen bekamen wir stets zügig eine Antwort, auch mit guten Tipps für die Region. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, so dass man sich direkt wohl fühlt und die Auszeit in genießen kann. Es ist ein kleines Paradies zwischen den Bergen und dem Meer. Wir sind uns einig, dass wir in diesen Traum von einem Haus gerne nochmal Urlaub machen würden.

Outside area great - amazing pool and shaded seating area. Location good as could walk to Bol with resteraunts and could walk to zlatini rat beach, although no pavement for first 200m. A few things to note: 1) Air conditioning only in the kitchen so bedrooms got hot. 2) The single room is a separate unit with its own front door although next to the main apartment and still on the private property.
