Admire the collection of finds from all over the southeast on display in this unit set in a landmark building. Decorated in modern farmhouse fashion, polished hardwood floors and a kitchen with stainless steel appliances are among the highlights. Unit 1B is a ground floor unit with entry and bathroom accommodations for handicap access. You will have the space all to yourself. And one gated off street parking space. The building it self has a total of six units. Christina is always available by message should you need anything. Stroll just a few blocks from this central location to Ponce City Market and the Beltline, and head down the street to jog in Piedmont Park. Cross the street to encounter well-known Atlanta eateries such as Mary Mac's Tea Room, Pappi's, and Bon-ton. The Woodruff is on the bus line, close to two Marta Stations (Peachtree Center and Midtown Arts)and uber is always within 2 minutes. The city also has Bird and Lime scooters as well as motorized and non motorized bikes. If you are traveling with a car you will have one off street, gated assigned parking space. We can provide only one parking space per reservation. The building has a total of six units. Urban noises may be heard at times. Pets are considered, please ask before booking. You will be given a key fob to enter building and a electronic gate opener if you have a car. If either are lost there will be a $200 replacement fee.
