Apartment holiday rentals in State of Alagoas

We stayed for 7 days on Airbnb and had a super pleasant experience. The apartment is extremely complete, equipped with all the kitchen utensils you may need: a set of pots, cutlery, plates, glasses, wine glasses and even leisure items, such as a cooler, beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a barbecue. This allowed us to enjoy special moments cooking at home. The hospitality part is also impeccable: very soft bed linen and towels, bathrobes available and, in the bathroom, shampoo, conditioner, soap and hair dryer. The place was very clean, the pool was at the ideal temperature and the beach was just a few steps away - a perfect combination. Some tips: it is worth going by car, as the condominium is not close to the center and there are few restaurants nearby. The closest and most complete market, the Inho Market, is about 2 km away. All the staff were attentive, with quick responses and everything was very well organized. Note 10!

The place is quiet and very beautiful. The pool, sauna and beach access are great. Ideal place to rest, since there is not much movement on the street and on the beach.

Great choice!! Nice, modern condominium with great structure. Excellent swimming pool and gym. Very cozy and comfortable apartment. Amei everything, were days of peace, leisure and rest. The beach in front of the condo is great, especially at low tide times. And the neighboring beach, which is the beach of Bitingui, simply one of the most beautiful in Alagoas, with a stunning natural pool! Japaratinga is perfect!! Quiet and paradisiacal place. Carla is a superhost!!! Always kind and attentive. Just gratitude!

The apartment is beautiful, with a beautiful ocean view, everything properly equipped, tidy. The place is very quiet. Beautiful pool and excellent game room. Everything was clean and impeccable. We loved it!

We booked the stay for a brief visit to Maceió. The flat and the building are very new. The building is not yet fully occupied, apart from the period we chose for “low season”, which provided a lot of comfort in relation to the use of the facilities such as the gym and swimming pool. Mirela's apartment is very well equipped, everything works well, comfortable bed... we felt very well assisted. Mirela even gave excellent tips for healthy food restaurants since my husband had some dietary restrictions. The building is well located, facing the beach and is right at the end of Pajuçara, it is not such a busy part yet, but there are already good restaurants and developments emerging next door. It was a few days very well spent and I recommend Mirela's place without hesitation. The rooftop view is a highlight! It is an Airbnb with a hotel structure and experience, and when the rooftop restaurant is ready, you probably won't want to leave.

Top apartment, clean and comfortable environment matches the description and photos, the view from the balcony is surreal, it's worth checking out, only the location is a little far away and you have to go by car, but the traffic is chaotic there in Maceió, I recommend it, Marcelo is very helpful and attentive.

I stayed with my mother and sister for 9 days in the space of Marcelo and Camila and it was a wonderful stay! The apartment is beautiful and warm mt. Everything was very clean and organized. Great shower and super comfortable beds and pillows (which I think is very important). The location is great tb. It is a 2 minute drive to the beach and about 5/7 minutes from the street that has the little shops and restaurants of the village. Our communication was with Marcelo and it was the best possible. We had a problem with the company in the trip and Marcelo made everything easy for us, checking in and out at different times, provided contacts and answered everything in a quick and clear way. For us it was wonderful to be able to count on his help. Also provided us with several information about the region (food and leisure). For absolutely everything we need, Marcelo responded in an agile, extremely polite and helpful way. We highly recommend! Thank you again, Marcelo!

The apartment is super spacious, comfortable, cozy and beautiful. Your kitchen is very well equipped has everything! If they want to cook on site. It also has hair dryer, shampoo, rinse cream, quick-drying towels, all to feel at home. Danielle is very attentive, kind, responds immediately. Brindo we barely booked useful information about the place. The balcony is one more atmosphere! And beautiful, but what without a doubt is the BEST and what we enjoy the most is its view, panoramic to the sea and towards the entire coast and downtown. That's a once-in-a-lifetime experience! And he really falls asleep listening to the ocean waves. The building is very nice and its top floor has an incredible pool (with 360 view) there is also a gym, play area, etc. The Maceio shopping park is a few blocks away , so we were walking. No doubt when we return to Maceio, it will be in Maria Daniele's studio!! We don't change that view for nad and we feel very comfortable 🫶🏻

The week I spent in Sérgio's apartment was perfect. The location is top notch, the apartment has everything we need, and the view is amazing. In addition, Sérgio is a very kind person. I intend to return to Maceió and stay there again.

Paula is a great host, always helping us, giving suggestions for places. The little corner is very pleasant, very homey, not to mention that we were greeted by her kittens, two wonderful ones🤭. It was a great stay, I would return to stay with her!

The place is very nice, quiet and the view from the balcony is naturally relaxing. The view from the pool is sensational. The space offers the necessary comfort with all the items super clean and well cared for. Marcus' service was always quick and kind. I highly recommend it.

Excellent studio, all new, according to the announced photos. It has a parking space and has a great location, close to bars and restaurants and a foot on the waterfront. The host was responsive to the answers. The building has excellent infrastructure, with a gym, rooftop swimming pool and breakout has an attached sushi bar on the ground floor.

Everything is perfect, the apartment is exactly as in the photos, close to everything, markets, restaurants, shops, bakery and beach. Simone responds quickly, and left us treats, very kind. The apartment is very clean, new linens, great air conditioning.

Our stay was excellent! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures - clean, organized and very comfortable. The condominium is quiet and the perfect location: close to shopping malls and markets. It was all impeccable!

Accommodation with excellent location, with easy access to the main tourist spots of Maceió. The surroundings have the main services: laundries, pharmacies, supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, etc. There are two beach chairs and a cooler in the accommodation, which demonstrates the attention to detail. Finally, a comfortable place to stay in Maceió.

Great stay! Everything is clean and working. Easy check-in, building and facilities looking new and well cared for. Excellent location, safe and next to restaurants, cafes, supermarket and a few blocks from the beach. I missed some items (wine opener and basic seasoning, such as olive oil and salt. I suggested this to the host). Apartment as in the photos (except the pool area. The pool area has no lounger and, due to the construction of a building next door, it has no sea view.

Great space, the building has a great leisure area but the landscape now has a contribution right in front of the view to the sea. As my focus was to go out and do many walks I loved and would super come back. The bed and the pillows are impeccable. Everything is very nice.

Wonderful Place. A peace and silence I've never seen. Who is a rented car will have no difficulty buying anything. Within a radius of up to 17min you can buy whatever you need. I just missed a washing machine. But that didn't take away the glow of this marvelous place. Security was the most impressive. I just have to thank you for staying with my family for these 3 wonderful days. I hope to come back.

We were in Maceió and had a spectacular time. The beaches are incredible, with warm waters and dreamy landscapes. The location of the accommodation was key to moving around comfortably and enjoying both the center and the quieter beaches. The people are very friendly, the food is delicious (the seafood is a must!) and we have beautiful family memories. Thank you for everything!
