Quiet and cozy, Casinha da Vila is one of the oldest buildings here at Fazenda Ipê. Neighboring the native Atlantic Forest and with a stream that flows into a pond at the bottom of the yard, the house is surrounded by mango, avocado, blackberry, orange, tangerine, cashew and acerola trees, providing comfort, contact with nature and rest from urban life for our guests. Fully furnished with antique furniture, the house is 1 km from the farm's headquarters, 12 km from Itambacuri and 30 km from Teófilo Otoni.

The 15,000 m2 area has 7 dwellings, all well spaced, which guarantees plenty of privacy. Historic cocoa farm in southern Bahia, municipality of Ilhéus on the banks of the Almada River and close to the village of Castelo Novo. To get to the place, please follow the recommendations made here. Head towards Uruçuca on the Ilhéus/Uruçuca Highway, until km 18. Upon reaching this mileage, you will see the dirt road on the right and the wooden sign for Fazenda Almada. Enter this road and go straight for 3 kilometers until you see the gate of Fazenda Almada. We offer great Wi-Fi.
