The flat is located in an excellent area of the city, very new and safe, and better, at a fair value. The common areas are great, the pool has a beautiful view of the city. The apartment offers everything for a comfortable and peaceful accommodation. Layanne is super attentive and helpful responding to all my doubts promptly. It was very worth it!

Host and co-host are responsive, organized, and respond quickly. Location close to supermarkets, bars and easy access to other regions. A cozy and very beautiful place. Even though it's in the city center, and close to bars, it's very quiet. Check-in and checkout was very smooth. I recommend it and would stay there again.

Thank you for the space shared by Dona Ione, all impeccable. We feel very well installed, the location is wonderful and had everything close to restaurants, bars, market, pharmacy and a lot of green area. Quiet, peaceful and with plenty of air circulation. We went to work and we liked it very much, all made available with great affection and care. We will certainly be back!

The apartment is exactly as described, small and practical for a short period. The host is solicitous and responds quickly. The surroundings are quiet and wooded, very pleasant. The neighbor's work only bothered us in the first one, it must be a temporary situation. There are shops around and the ice cream shop/cafeteria on the ground floor is really good. Just be aware that the bakeries/snack bars on the block open later, around 9 a.m. However, walking about 10 minutes there are breakfast options.

I was there on the Holy Week holiday, wonderful fleet, beautiful view, everything clean, electronics all work well, I would only change the shower in the suite for a larger and hotter one. I would come back other times, it is very worth it.

I spent an amazing weekend in this house to celebrate my birthday and everything was perfect! From the beginning, communication with Luzia and Sara was excellent — very attentive and helpful. The house is exactly as in the photos, super clean, organized and cozy. Everything worked perfectly, and the whirlpool was one of the highlights: clean, relaxing and essential to our experience. We have nothing to complain about, just to thank you for all the care and affection. It was a memorable stay, the kind we want to repeat. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

Great location, very beautiful view of the hill and its vegetation, extremely new and spacious house, accommodates 4 people comfortably, has 2 bathrooms and the leisure area is very good and complete, everything is very clean, the shower on the second floor didn't have water the first time and the hostess told us to open all the taps and smell to get the air out, and it worked, I would advise installing a DDR in the circuit breaker panel in the bathtub, and a second pump return drain to avoid hair suction and drowning as the standard says, it is extremely dangerous for children and people with long hair, but overall great accommodation and above the rest.

My stay was wonderful, the house is cute, super tidy and clean. The kitchen has everything, we don't miss anything. The leisure area is delightful, with a spectacular view and a very quiet pool that can be used both day and night, heated. My friends and I love it and recommend it! And Alair is always very attentive and polite! 10 out of 10.

Good space, well located near the main street of Alto Paraíso, the host responds quickly to questions. It has a great view where several macaws and toucans pass by, a paradise 🥰

I really enjoyed the stay during these days, the apartment was all organized and clean when we arrived, the condominium was very organized and beautiful. We don't take much advantage of the leisure area, but it's very peaceful. Great host, always responded quickly.

Excellent stay in Fabio's apartment! Great energy with everything we expected and needed for rest and work days. Rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, nothing missing. Very airy and bright. Beautiful decoration. We thought the place was excellent. 10, 15 minutes from everything we need in Brasilia. Great condominium. And at check-in, the friendliness of Dona Cida, with breads, chocolates, teas, fruits, drinks, cheeses in the house, for coffee every 5 days! I really recommend it. Excellent days in Brasilia to the rhythm of the energy of this great new home on Ilha dos Lagos! Thank you!

It was a quiet stay, Mr. Rafael was always in contact, it was pleasant and cozy. I'll be back more often. Easy communication, clear rules, no unforeseen events. Apartment 10/10.
