You'll love my place because of the ambiance, wonderful view of the Preguiças River, outdoor area with balconies, lighting and comfortable beds, and because we have a river beach with private access, a leisure area with a barbecue pit, pool table, etc. My space is good for couples, solo adventurers, families, large groups and pets, 4 air-conditioned en-suites and another bedroom.

Large apartment with 1 suite and 1 bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room and a balcony with spectacular views of the sea and the waterfront. The suite has a king size bed and split air conditioning. The bedroom has 2 foam beds (can be joined) and split air conditioning. The condominium has a swimming pool and barbecue area in the common area and offers a parking space. With a great location close to restaurants, bars and beach huts on the waterfront and 8 km from the Historic Center.

Close to other beaches such as Araçagy (suitable for swimming) and Olho d'água, Ponta da Areia. We are currently undergoing a renovation from September to early October. The layout, furniture, utensils, doors, etc. were modified. The apartment is renovated. It accommodates couples, or families of up to a maximum of 4 people.
