We provide you a fully furnished, high-end family vacation house in this small fisherman village in north-eastern Brazil, a perfect place to call home during your stay in Atins. Set in its own 12000 square meters private garden, provides an environment that gives a feeling of intimacy, quietness and relaxation. The property is located at a 3 minutes’ walk on a sandy road to the town centre. To reach the beach you can add a 5 extra minutes’ walk or you can grab a 2-minute ride on a quad taxi.

Our house was furnished and decorated for our family, which makes guests feel at home and not in a place prepared for rent. Privileged location, from which the guest can walk to Farol Beach, Chapéu Virado, the market, bakery, pharmacy, etc. It is a 5-minute drive to the village (main tourist point). It has an impeccable garden with night lighting and an excellent gourmet area. We have security cameras, an electric fence, an alarm, and parking for 4 cars.
