Beachfront holiday rental in State of Minas Gerais

The stay at Phil's house was excellent! Starting with the location in a quiet area with a spectacular beach a doorman away listening to the noise of the waves, the pool, the games for the children and adults, the bathrooms practically that in every bedroom, the friendliness of Luana and Patricia in the administration of cleaning and cooking, added to Phil's prompt willingness to help us with anything, made our experience fabulous. It was an incredible vacation. If Dios wants we'll come back soon!

Excellent location. The most central of Praia do Forte. Good rooms, one with a balcony and a side view of the sea. Good internet. Good kitchen. Easy garage to get in and out. From 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., another entrance even closer to the beach is available, just intercom to the entrance.

Sergio is a very kind person, he was always attentive to us, and I look forward to seeing us with a detail, which is greatly appreciated. The beautiful place, as shown in the photos, I would even dare to say that it is better than the photos, totally recommended.

The beautiful backyard with pool, barbecue area, and sauna was so enjoyable we hardly left. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive. 10/10 will come back

We had a great time at the house! Marcos and the rest of the staff were great! The house itself is amazing with many ample bedrooms. The terrace overlooks the sea and you get unbeatable sunsets. The area is ok - there a few restaurants and markets walking distance (there a lot more just a few minutes drive/Uber away). The beach right down the house is not great though - you will likely go to others. Overall it was a great experience and I’d definitely come back!

My family and I spent 8 days there. The view was incredible. We did lots of walks and stayed outside just admiring the surrounding! The hots were amazing and responded almost immediately! We definitely recommend this place!

The accommodation is amazing, with an excellent location, just a few minutes from the center, and with easy access to the Azeda, Azedinha and João Fernandes beaches. The sunset seen from the accommodation is simply spectacular. We highly recommend it! It's really worth it. The host was super receptive and attentive, as well as all the staff, who were very polite and helpful!

Great location close to the beach with nice views. Rosiane provided everything we needed and gave great recommendations. Would definitely come back!

We had an amazing stay here. The house is beautiful with many rooms and places to hang out. We loved the views of the ocean and ability to walk out onto the beach. The house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood but only a few minute walk to downtown so you get the best of both worlds. The kitchen was also fully equipped which we really enjoyed. Would highly recommend staying here!

Place is outstanding. We go to Buzios 3+ times/yr from San Diego for 25 years. Had been renting another home nearby this one (since the views anywhere on the mountain/hill ridges here and above Praia Joao Fernandez are best in Buzios, IMHO) & want to have another "go to" home so we decided to try Poul's. We'll be back!! Noteworthy about this home (if you're American and worried about safety -- welll, as Americans frequently are) is that it's in a 6-home "closed condominium" . . meaning a 'secure-code gated community'. The word "condominium" does NOT translate in Brazilian portuguese to the the American "condominium" (which means an "apartment(s)" in Amer. english. So don't be confused when seeing that word here. Means 'gated community'. So if safety is an issue for you (and frankly it shouldn't be) then this home being in a "gated community" is great. Also the 6-home pool ajoins Poul's villa so it feels like it's "yours" & plenty big enough for early laps & exercise (biggest + !!)

The house is charming! The ideal place to relax: quiet place, very clean, well decorated and structured house. Near the house there is a market with bakery (you can walk). The communication with Gustavo was very fluid and when we stayed, a gold team helped us with small details: Romário, Vânia and his mother (who is an excellent cook). We only have to thank and we hope to return next year!

Impeccable apartment. Very easy communication with the host and the instructions were very clear and complete. I will definitely return to this apartment, especially with the attention the host gave me.

The house is just wonderful! Large, airy and clean rooms. All with a view of the Lagoon. The barbecue right in front of the pool. Charming place. The condominium is very safe, with security guards passing by at all times. All rooms have a fan. The suite has air conditioning. All rooms have lockers. You don't need to bring anything, there are bed and bath linens for everyone. Mr. Nelson was very helpful and attentive to our requests. I celebrated my birthday and it was unforgettable. Thank you for all the kindness from the beginning to the end of the stay. The house is much better than in the photos, which seems impossible!

Beautiful house with wonderful view

From start to finish this was a fantastic getaway. Being from the US my group was nervous staying in an Airbnb in an area of Brazil we weren’t familiar with. Kai and his team went out of his way to ensure the house was up to our expectations and we had adequate recommendations (which were our standout experiences). we had a very pleasant stay at Miriams home. it is a beautiful complex with 24hour security. You might even get to know the cats in the complex. The home was easy to find and check in was very simple. check out instructions were very simple too. the home was clean and comfortable and had everything you needed for a short or long stay. it is situated in a prime location and walkable to many popular beaches. there are 100s of restaurants around and the boardwalk is pleasant to walk late afternoon. I would highly recommend. Miriam was also very quick to answer our messages which was a relief. thank you for a good stay!

Excellent location, just a few steps from the beach, and a beautiful view. Large, spacious and clean house. The pool is smaller than what you see in the photos but enough to cool off. Carlos is always attentive and asking about our needs. We would come back anyways.

Very polite and helpful host. The place is exactly as in the listing, very well equipped and the location is perfect. I recommend it to anyone with eyes closed, in new opportunities we are sure to return! *He made great recommendations, including indicated two girls who provide cleaning and kitchen service, it pays a lot! I'm delighted! Paula was super solicitous, a love of person, with a unique and welcoming vibe. I answered all my questions quickly and clearly, and made me feel right at home from the first moment. The chalet is simply amazing, cozy, with a wonderful view and equipped with everything we needed. Everything was neatly clean and organized. I hired a wedding surprise aside, and both Paula and her daughter prepared everything with great care and attention to detail. It was exciting! On Saturday, we had the privilege of having Vitor, Paula's son and chef, for a private dinner. Without a doubt, it was one of the best decisions we made. Dinner was perfect! The best food I've ever tried! The atmosphere was carefully prepared, with a beautiful decoration and a perfect playlist, making the night magical. Without a doubt, we will return more often. Gratitude for everything!
