Host and co-host are responsive, organized, and respond quickly. Location close to supermarkets, bars and easy access to other regions. A cozy and very beautiful place. Even though it's in the city center, and close to bars, it's very quiet. Check-in and checkout was very smooth. I recommend it and would stay there again.

Carla was very attentive and always responded quickly to all our questions, the apartment was great and in a perfect location between Rua das Pedras and Joao Fernandez, all within walking distance. The only thing I could say is that the mattress on the bed was a little hard for my taste, but the rest was perfect. The concierges are also very attentive.

The house is very beautiful, the indoor lake and the view are the highlights. Good beds and bedding, we missed more towels because we went in the cold and it was difficult to dry. One point of attention was that two dogs, one of them a pit bull, entered through the back of the yard, I found the situation dangerous, especially if someone had children, the lower part is not fenced so it facilitates the entry of animals and people. The space matches the photos, but the beach no longer has sand, it had rocks. There is no cell phone signal 30 minutes from the house, and the instructions to get there need to be more detailed with reference points.

Valdeci is an extremely flexible, polite and proactive host. We spent incredible days at the house, in person it's even more amazing. Extremely quiet place (as well as the whole village). The space of Érico is really beautiful, cozy and exactly like in the pictures. The kitchen is very well equipped with pots, cups, glasses and dining appliance. The decor is a grace! The bathroom is large and the cottage is very spacious. We like it a lot!

I would like to thank Luci for providing this wonderful stay in Poços de Caldas, it was certainly one of the best days I spent, spectacular house, everything very clean, quiet, organized and sensational, I hope to return again. One of the only ones where all the details were well thought out, the kitchen was very well equipped! And the bakery Edilton recommended surprised us, we found everything we needed

We went with our dog, Pretinha, and she took TOO MUCH advantage! Think of a happy bug. Anyway, everything was great and once again I thank Juarez.

The place is small but cozy with all the possible amenities to cook, bathe and sleep, despite being in a busy place you do not hear anything from outside, the concierges are super attentive to our arrivals and departures and very good vibes. It is located in a super central place 10 minutes from the Cinelandia subway on foot, which connects with many tourist attractions and close to many attractive places such as the Selaron staircase and the Lapa arches on foot, in addition to the Lapa bars less than 1 block away, the uber arrives and leaves without problems and there is a 24-hour bakery, pharmacies and greengrocers very close. We loved the place and I 100% recommend staying there. Luiz is always attentive to our questions.

The place is quiet, and Fernanda is very attentive! It was a great stay, we returned home very happy with her receptivity. I highly recommend it!

Excellent duplex apartment. Kitchen equipped with enough utensils. Ample parking. Clean. Two bathrooms, hot water, good pressure. Friendly communication with the owner. The only thing is that until very late, like 1am, you can hear water running, pipes... the neighbors can be heard as if they were inside. And check-out is very early, 10am.
