Very cozy environment, very quiet, felt at home. The housekeeper Sr Nado, always willing to serve us and very friendly. I'll be back for sure.

I spent the period of the São João of 2024 on the property of Mr. Rodrigo and I will only give 5 stars because there is no way to give 6. Rodrigo is the best possible host. He quickly answered my questions, always helpful, flexible, precise in the instructions, tips and directions and perfectly describes the location he is offering. We had only one occurrence that was one of the electric showers to have burned (which is something impossible to predict) but a short time later it already had a totally new shower and an expert to do the installation. The house was completely clean, organized, and impeccable to welcome me and my friends/family. The access lane is of rammed earth and depending on the season may have holes, but it does not compromise the experience, it rained in the period I was there and I had no trouble getting in and out due to the roads. The condominium is beautiful, clean and with a very well-kept garden, it gives that feeling of being at home. Returning to Gravatá I will no doubt stay here.

The house is wonderful! Beautiful, large, spacious, identical to the photos, very well equipped with everything we need in the kitchen and more. The pool is very good, has a deep area and two shallow areas for children. And the housekeeper, Henrique, very nice and helpful, helped us in everything and even gave us some pampering, we really liked him! I highly recommend this house, excellent value for money, quiet place, plenty of privacy, very good for having parties or going to rest with the family.

I co-aduno with all the compliments here spelled out by other guests . I already knew the condominium because I was there on another occasion but in another house. This time we went to Sandra's house. Sandra's house is simply spectacular , all within extreme excellence. The kitchen items are very tasteful, it had everything it takes to make good meals. The house is very beautiful and well decorated, Sandra has great taste ,she has equipped the house of top quality items, from the barbecue to the bathroom items everything top d+ + + + + + + +++ ++++ The Local is within a safe and very well managed condominium, it is all very beautiful and the bucolic scenery contributes to moments of rest and leisure. Certainly me and my family will be back . Congratulations Sandra!

I loved the stay! Suitable place to rest and fully disconnect from urban life. Host Amanda available at all times. We were greeted with many mimics: local and seasonal fruits placed on the table and rooms flavored with lavender. It's a place to feel at home! Qualityware and utensils. Very wooded town. View of the enchanting valley and a trail to the wonderful creek. I went in a cold season in the region and took a lot of advantage from the fireplace; the accommodation has an adult and children's pool that caters well in the summer. Ah! It has a charming space around the sensational campfire. I took my pets and it made a difference for us. It has a housekeeper available to assist us: he is very sociable and helpful. We had the pleasure of meeting Seu Luiz (the owner) that he did not wish for. I will return with my family to this location for sure.

Cozy and clean house, with a delicious garden, all fenced in (my dogs were loose in the garden) and very well cared for. Beautiful view of the mountains. Quiet condominium. Host responds quickly to messages with great courtesy. I recommend the stay.
