Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Pernambuco

It was wonderful, the view is really indecipherable, you have to see it in person to understand. It has a terrace with an infinity pool facing the sea that is simply perfect. There is a market and a gym on the roof terrace as well. A few minutes' walk from the apartment, there is a beach bar with snacks, a charming old church and a McDonalds. If you don't mind walking a little further, there is a shopping mall and supermarkets. You can visit tourist spots such as Uber's Ground Zero. The apartment is great and functional, it has everything you need to prepare something quick if you need to. Juliana was very charming, she helped us a lot on the last day of the trip with all the support and sympathy. She made up for every minute!

I highly recommend the place, everything is impeccable! The host is always helpful, all the building staff are extremely polite! The building has an excellent structure with a restaurant where you can eat. The rooftop terrace offers a fantastic view of the city and the sea! Whoever gives themselves the opportunity to have the experience of watching the sunrise from the rooftop, lol, it's beautiful, lol, a spectacle!!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

The stay at Co-House with Wanderley was excellent! The place is super clean, organized and exactly as in the photos of the listing, which starts out very well. Communication was quick and straightforward, and he was extremely receptive from the start. A special highlight was his care in preparing a document with several tips, useful information and suggestions for tourist places in João Pessoa, which is very helpful, especially for those who are getting to know the city. Wanderley was always available and attentive, which made all the difference in the experience. I'll definitely come back more often!

The Daniela property is just amazing. It's not the first time we've been staying and once again it was very enjoyable. Very kind and friendly host. The flat was very clean and organized. Around there is everything you need, bars, restaurants, conveniences… My husband and I need to work, and we managed peacefully, very good internet and silence inside the apartment helped a lot. I recommend it again and I will come back many times.

The stay was great, Cristiano was easy to communicate with, the check-in was super easy and flexible (since we arrived at midnight). The space is good, very close to the beach, the neighborhood is great and we had a good experience overall. I recommend it!

Apartment with an excellent location, comfortable, cozy, all air-conditioned and with a spectacular view. The beach is excellent and you just have to cross the street to be able to walk and or enjoy the delicious and quiet Bessa beach. Bakery, supermarket and pharmacy are very close. We'll be back, for sure!

We had an amazing stay, beautiful house, very accommodating for our large group. The beach being a very short walking distance was the cherry on top. I felt very safe and the cook and cleaning lady were also so kind and wonderful and helped make our stay even better. We felt so well taken care of! Allan checked in on us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and was very flexible with us at check in. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking to book.

It was all wonderful, I took my family and everyone was delighted. The place is very beautiful, the house very comfortable. To witness the sunrise of the balcony of the house, to see that image, sun and sea , is an inexplicable feeling and all of this combining with the landscaping of the house and the beach. The hosting experience was the best possible, Mr. Edgar and his wife Sônia were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The house is beautiful, spacious, organized, comfortable and very complete. We were very well received by Vânia, who is the caretaker, a love of person. My family and I were very happy with the stay.

My family and I spent wonderful times on the spot. Great outdoor space, including all necessary infrastructure. The house is extremely clean, with fragrant bed linen and towels! Quiet and easily accessible location. The host was always willing and agile, answering all the questions sent. She was welcoming and flexible. 10 out of 10!

Great house. Match the images and description of the property. It is in a condominium of houses. Access is given by facial recognition at the entrance of the condominium and the keys are in a safe in the house. The house was clean and well organized. It has several utensils. The location is good, but it is a little far from the best area of Ponta Negra, but nothing to be desired.

Our stay was very pleasant. In fact, the location right on the sand is a differential, cozy look, warm sea and natural pools that favor sea bathing and facilitate logistics and well-being. The house is really spacious, airy and accommodated our group well. However, the attached suite, which is outside the house, did not meet expectations, as the room smells musty and the bathroom was not clean....no one was able to stay in this room!! When we arrived, we found problems with small leaks in 2 bathrooms and 1 damaged shower, which were practically solved by the employee sent by the owner, who was very attentive... we also requested the repair of the wooden access ladder to the beach, which although improved, does not offer the necessary comfort and safety. Beach umbrellas and chairs could be improved, as some were compromised and did not provide the comfort we expected. We found the change of sheets/towels to be time-consuming!! But, it was worth the stay!

This was one of the best experiences I've ever had using Airbnb. The place corresponds very well to the images. The person responsible for welcoming us, Silvana, did it very well. The neighborhood is quiet and Taty is an excellent host, polite and very kind. The outdoor area of the house, barbecue space and swimming pool are a great differential, the view of the sea is enchanting day and night. Casa da Taty will certainly be on our next itinerary.

Our stay was WONDERFUL. We went with family, 11 people, and the house accommodated everyone comfortably. The place is a DREAM, the wonderful view, extremely clean house, organized, comfortable furniture, kitchen equipped with everything, the wonderful Jacuzzi, impeccable decoration (all thought to the smallest details). The condominium is perfect for morning walks, heated pools, playgrounds, treehouses,… it makes you want to live there. The host is very polite, affordable, excellent service. And it has a huge differential, FABIANA❤️, she is the secretary of the house, a wonderful, helpful, super polite person, makes an extremely tasty food, you can even set up a menu, take the ingredients and she prepares everything! Ah, the super fast internet tbm, so you can work home office quietly. It was an amazing experience. Everyone loved it.

Before any further research, I will search for the Anamaria space. Impeccable, clean, comfortable, all of the best quality, we felt at home, even Easter chocolate was given as kindness to us. The apt is very well taken care of, all the furniture and appliances are new, working well, and although Muro Alto is the paradise on earth, having a comfortable resting place that makes you want to spend a month there makes all the difference. We will return for sure.

Second time staying at Elza's AP. I love the space , comfortable and pleasant apartment to stay in. Completo I feel at home . Pool is wonderful . And Elza is so friendly and proactive .

The stay was very enjoyable. Everything was exactly as in the photos, and the studio is well organized. We had daily cleaning service (we don't know if it's routine, but it happened during our stay). The balcony is a charm in itself - you can have breakfast while enjoying the sea view. Nearby, there is an excellent bakery, two supermarkets and a great gym affiliated with Wellhub (which was a differential for us). The beach in front of the property has many rocks, which makes bathing difficult, but with a longer walk or a quick five-minute Uber ride, you can reach an excellent diving area. We really enjoyed the stay and certainly recommend it.

Everything was wonderful. The apartment was clean, everything was organized and the crafts and utensils were very beautiful. José Orlando was always ready to help and answered everything very quickly.
