I really like the residence, it's a cozy and very quiet place. The housekeeper was extremely helpful and proved available to solve some unforeseen events. In general I had a very satisfying stay. I highly recommend it to those who are looking for greater privacy.

The Dalva House is about 100m from San Francisco Square, the heart of Saint Kitts, and a few blocks from the city's shopping district. It has a beautiful view, it is airy, very well-equipped kitchen, quiet. Voltaria for sure.

It was great to be in this beautiful house in such a nice place. house was clean, with td the q had been announced. Here a gratitude and gratitude for the affection he had with my 1 year BB... a crib was made available to him... it made a total difference. cassio, always attentive to doubts and always bringing new and good things from the region (juice and jelly mango to very good!!!). It was great and I plan to come back.

The stay was excellent. Elias proved to be an excellent host. We received at the checkin, gave us instructions from the house and let us at ease, giving tips whenever necessary. The house is wide and complete, we are very comfortable. Clean house, clean bed and bath linens and with availability of pool towels. Mr. Cosme was supposed to maintain the outdoor area and swimming pool. Home in a safe place, we took walks in the surroundings. I highly recommend it, everyone liked it and were very comfortable. We hope to return soon.

Aracaju is a beautiful city. The house of Dona Genilde is the ideal home for those who want to go for a walk with the family, home well airy , comfortable, accessible , super family condominium, quiet and safe , with polite and cordial staff, we feel well accommodated, and we have enjoyed our season a lot, it was wonderful ❤️ Thank you dona Genilde your house is beautiful and with very good energy.

The house conforms to the listing, cozy all clean towels and linens. The house was very clean too, but the kitchen roof is peeling and falls over the whole kitchen and whatever has eating the table or cooking. But we took the good days, always capping things. What I did not pay attention to was the check-out which was at 9 am, I have used the platform since 2017 and I have never seen a ckeck-out so early, I was with an elderly woman of 76 years and a child of 3 years and was very pulled, I had to wake up early to give coffee and leave the house organized. The host even offered me to stay until later paying half a day, but it didn't make up for it, it was better with the value of the daily sock to go to a restaurant for lunch. But in the end it all worked out. we left at the agreed time of the listing. Marcos and Andreia that received us were very helpful.

The reception by the host was wonderful, the housekeeper is not even spoken, a sympathy in person. i had to anticipate the checkout and it was very peaceful, the host agreed with no problem. the house, though not new, was very clean and accommodates very well 15 people, to get better, I would just need to change some beds. great value.

Patrícia was extremely receptive and helpful from the first contact to the check out. I had to check in a little earlier, due to the flight schedule and she was very kind from the beginning, facilitating our entry into the apartment. Regarding the accommodation, the photos, the other reports and the structure of the apartment are consistent with the description. We were impressed with the organization, cleanliness and beauty of Patricia's apartment. It really is an apartment that I recommend with my eyes closed and that I would rent again, not to mention the perfect location, close to the waterfront, restaurants, bars... and easy to access! I highly recommend it

Host always active and responded almost immediately, very willing and helpful. The house is exactly as expected from the photos, safe, spacious, ventilated and with good and comfortable beds, accommodates very well the number of people described, swimming pool with good depth and leisure area equipped with a freezer. Spacious bathrooms and one with a fixed bar for those who have difficulty moving around. I recommend it to everyone!

We spent wonderful days at Dione's home! We were in 12 people ( 7 adults and 5 children) and we were very comfortable. Everything in the house worked perfectly, the location is great, quiet place! We love it and will definitely be back more often! Dione super friendly and solicit! You can rent it without fear! It was great!

The stay at Casa de Tereza was wonderful! The island has a unique, pleasant environment with requested and very cheerful people. The stay in a comfortable home full of works by local artisans just made us want to go back endless times to Island. Dô was super kind to share with us all the local tips and promptly assisted us when we had a problem with one of the showers. The house is exactly as described and comfortable for 4 people. The view from the terrace is very special and made our late afternoons enjoyable! I strongly recommend Casa de Tereza for those who want to know the island and stay very well stayed! Chácara Adelly is exactly like the photos of the ad, beautiful, has all the necessary utensils of a home. Comfortable beds, clean bedding, air-conditioning in all bedrooms, impeccable outdoor area. Ricardo also referred me to the cook and her housekeeper to hold the barbecue of my event and it was wonderful, everything perfect!

We had an amazing experience in the treehouse. The functional home, comfortable and with an amazing view! The house has the utensils to make the meals on site and it was a delight to cook there, with that beautiful view! We chose to take the food to make breakfast, go out for lunch in the city and at night we chose to order delivery. We rode on horseback with Adriano accompanying us and it was a wonderful walk contemplating the view. Great accommodation to connect with nature and rest. We were very well received by the host and family members. The sunrise and sunset is surreal of gorgeous! The night is more starry. No suggestion for improvement, as it was already impeccable! And we wish more people could have this experience. We will definitely go back and indicate!
