The apartment is very good and well located. I was just over 20 reais from Uber from several tourist spots in the city and also from UFS, in São Cristóvão. The host met my needs quickly, was very attentive and helpful. Everything was as advertised, including a very powerful floor fan that saved me from the heat. There are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. I recommend it and when I need it, I intend to return.

We liked the house very much, everything as the host described. The house served us very well, very spacious, very good pool, very good location, and organized condo, beautiful and very quiet. Some unforeseen events occurred during the hosting, but even though it was not the host's fault, he promptly resolved, always replying to my messages, and going to the house to answer us quickly. The apartment is very organized, equipped and extremely clean and fragrant. Well sanitized towels and bedding. Nice and comfortable space. The main bathroom shower is simply wonderful. The condominium is very beautiful, very large swimming pool, has a restaurant near the pool and on the door there is a spike/hamburgueria and açaí. Aline always very caring and attentive, the pampering gives an even more special touch of her care. My family loved it and we're already looking to get back.

The apartment is not so close to the waterfront, but everything in Aracaju is easy and quick to get to. The apartment is very large. It has a bedroom with air conditioning, while the others have fans. The apartment's kitchen is very well equipped (sandwich maker, pots, including couscous maker, refrigerator, etc. - it just doesn't have an air fryer). Clean bathroom. Electric shower in the suite. Room with TV, sofa, dining table. Sérgio let us arrive before check-in and we agreed on a price so we could leave after checkout. Sérgio handed over the keys to the apartment and the entrance, and gave a lot of support. I walked to my place of competition. Quiet neighborhood. Convenience store with great value on the corner of the street. Pharmacy nearby and accessible. I recommend it.

The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, has many kitchen utensils ( more even than in the photos), cozy bed and sofa, with a good quilt... Everything is very cozy, the location is great, there are many options of markets nearby, in addition to the vendors' stands in the vicinity, it is 10 mins walk from the waterfront where there are many options of good restaurants tb. The building is excellent, friendly staff, a great gym, children's space, game room and pool. Rafael is a very attentive host, worried about his guests, always responded with attention to any questions we had, he received us full of pampering, with regional sweets... I felt at home...

Tips for those who are by far away and by car: 1- Market, butchery and restaurant, I recommend the Rotatorio's Hipercarnes, it is before arriving on the bridge. 2 - Turismo: No Ap has a wall with tourist spot cards. - Diredo AL for the Road that passes in front of the condominium you arrive at the plant with the Wind Turbines. - Centro: you can enjoy the Beaches: dos Artistas, Atalaia and Aruana. - Diredo BA you arrive at Orla do Por do Sol, hire a catamaran or a speedboat and go to the Croa do Gore, highly recommend this tour! - Continuing towards BA, there is the tambaqui lagoon and later arrives at Saco beach, well bordered by BA, there has calm waters and the Church of the photo in Ap.
