Beachfront holiday rental in Stavros

An absolutely amazing location right next to Aristotelous Square. Take a few steps and you are right in the middle of everything. I wish we had stayed longer to really take advantage of it. The apartment itself is very modern and clean, and while it is compact it makes use of the space very well. We would stay again.

Very nice place, beautiful big terrace overlooking the sea. Apartment small but cozy. Just across from a good restaurant. We enjoyed our stay!

Lovely little villa but not quite as described. Not so much of a beach as just access to water which was still fine but not really what we were expecting. Villa was also a little smaller than the photos seemed to show. Had a lovely time regardless and the host was very friendly and helpful always quick to respond to any questions we had.

Words are superfluous. We stayed in the home for a week, The dance was great and very clean. The view from the balcony was truly breathtaking. Mrs. Mary and Mr. Demosthenes are two really sweet people who make everything possible to stay well-maintained. I highly recommend it for a couple, family and pets.

We had a great stay at Dafnis house. The direct location by the sea and the beautiful large garden where we visited turtles was really great. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet out of season. The communication with Dafni went well and a flexible check out allowed us a stress-free departure. Thank you for everything, we will be happy to come back.

Beachfront house with private bay. Lonely, great location! Relatively fast but also in Ouranoupolis, on Amouliani and on other beautiful beaches such as Karydibeach (Sithonia). We really enjoyed our vacation time! The house lacked nothing: kitchen well equipped, towels, beach towels, hairdryer, …..everything there.

A place like a paradise, we felt like home! Panos was very friendly, always checked on us if we need anything. Definitely want to stay there again, it felt like our private and peaceful holiday home.

We stayed in the triangle house for one night, the experience was fantastic!!The house was wonderful , smelled clean both the interior of the house but also all the linens the towels the sofa covers! impeccable layout awesome organization the communication with the host was what anyone would ask for immediately friendly and all instructions very clear!The outdoor area is thoughtful , organized with pillows lighting throughout the garden and in the common areas, a small paradise next to Thessaloniki !Bravo for the so thoughtful work you've done and for the love for what you do because it shows!!! Our vacation went very well, we enjoyed every minute of it! Here is what we loved: + location. Steps to the beach, we went for a swim at least 2 times a day. No need to bring umbrella and chairs, you can come back and relax by the pool when you have your own private shade and lounge chairs. + friendly staff, that replied to our requests very quickly + nice and clean pool and garden + 5 minutes drive to the grocery stores and restaurants What could be improved: - bathrooms were clean but have seen better times and could be renovated - same goes for the kitchen Be aware that this gem is located near a very popular beach bar, music coming from it was sometimes very loud, Saturday night up until 3 a.m. Overall is is a clear recommendation, we would gladly stay there longer and are planning to return.

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

The house is really nice and the host tried to help us we everything we needed. The house was clean, exactly like in the pictures. But the house the following downsides: - video cameras pointing to the patio and the pool aria - the location pined on the map is really wrong. the house is far away from the location pointed. you can reach the beach only by car like 10 min away of driving - birds nests on the patio and on the balcony, so if you have a bird phobia like myself I advice to not book the place

It is an idyllic place to spend your vacation and come to rest with an ancient olive tree to linger under, 30 m from the deserted beach. Great swimming pool with evening lighting and diving board. Above all, the warmth and hospitality of the landlord and his families makes this vacation unforgettable!

I had a fantastic time at this accommodation. The view of the pool and the sea beyond was truly beautiful, making me feel like I was in paradise. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was incredibly delicious. The cleanliness was also excellent, and I would love to come back with another family.

The apartment is lovely and very tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. The outside space is really good, overlooking the pool/gardens. A spacious balcony with wicker seating/table and a dining table. Access to the beach is very easy - down the steps, turn left and the sea is a few minutes walk. We sunbathed on seriously comfortable sunbeds on the beach at Hotel Rigakis. As we were there at the beginning of the season, these were free to use if you bought drinks and/or food. Keep walking along the beach road for lots of restaurants, a few bars and gift shops. Turn right up the roads and you will reach the main road where there are also restaurants, bakeries and shops. Two good size supermarkets are just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Jelena/Milan were exceptional hosts, contacting us before the holiday providing great instructions to find and access the apartment. They responded quickly to any questions we had. Would stay again.

We booked Irini's house in the absolute off-season in October. And that was great because we had the great beaches to ourselves. The house and pool are perfect, the amenities very good. Beds comfortable. Our highlight, the neighbors' cats. The house is surrounded by olive trees. And in the morning the rooster crows and the goatherd walks past the garden. But you definitely need a car, if only to visit the many beaches. Of course, many restaurants and shops were no longer open. Our tip is Afitos, where you still have a good selection. Be sure to eat at the Mpogiata restaurant! On the beach of Pefkohori between the pier and water sports Pefkohori, a few bars were also still open. The Whitebeach in our village still had loungers, which we were allowed to use for 10 euros. We were also alone on the beach there! In the low season, we would come back 100%.

The house very beautiful. Thye view is absolutely amazing. The beach is just across the street. The restaurants and coffee shops are ten minutes walking along the beach. Filippos is a wonderful host. There is a personal BBQ, the kitchen is full of equipment - all you may need. Every sleeping room has it's own bathroom. There is nothing more than you can want. I highly recomment the place. Thank you Filippos for your kind hospitality.

A modern, recently decorated, spotlessly clean and bright apartment with parking and just as the photos show. We found the location excellent; 10 minutes walk one way to the beach and 10 minutes the other way on a pleasant seafront path to the town which has restaurants (Okyalos Seafood restaurant was great), shops and cafes. Marini was very pleasant and helpful

Best hosts ever! Filio, Dina and Panos are very good people. An excellent place for a dreamy holiday.

It is a very nice apartment, which is super centrally located at the white tower. The curtains and shutters are an advantage, although fortunately we did not have direct sunlight during our stay, which is a great advantage in hot Thessaloniki. We enjoyed it very much. Of course, there is also air conditioning. And Παυλος is a great host, always available and he wants to fulfill every wish. 🥰

The three of us (3 adults) spent a week in the beautiful beach house. In terms of space, this was ideal for us. The location is absolutely fantastic. Being able to jump straight into the sea in the morning, the sound of the sea in the evening and at night and always the view of the big blue - wonderful! In the house you will find everything you need, the rooms are small but sufficient and everything is very lovingly furnished in a Mediterranean-Scandinavian mix. All rooms have high-quality fly screens. The contact with Petros was uncomplicated and friendly and always quick in the reaction - that's what you want as a guest. The beach in front of the house has large pebbles: take bathing shoes and the water is crystal clear. After each excursion, we were happy to be back at our quiet, relaxed house. Since it was already quite hot in June, we were the only ones who lacked a nice shady spot around the house. We can definitely recommend the house and will be happy to come back.

Super nice view of a small bay. great for coffee in the morning Very clean and lovingly furnished. A travel bed was ready for our baby and there were plenty of blankets and towels. It took us 2 minutes to walk to downtown. Super easy communication and individual arrangement possible. You want to feel a bit at home if you don't know the city yet...then book this apartment.

Thank you for everything! We had a wonderful week at this fantastic place. Lisa's family welcomed us and was always available if we needed anything. There were homemade treats and various in the fridge for breakfast on arrival. During the holidays, we were also allowed to taste self-picked wild asparagus, so delicious! The house is great, especially the garden! We were there with our two children who were able to occupy themselves wonderfully. Fall asleep to sea noises and wake up to birdsong in the morning, just wonderful! Thanks for everything!

The compact apartment was really very clean and equipped with everything necessary. Location and views are beautiful. The hosts are totally pleasant and accommodating. The building with the residential units is architecturally very successful and blends harmoniously into the rock. The terrace is separated from the neighboring apartments by privacy screens – as far as the background noise is concerned, it may seem a little less private. But it was pleasantly quiet with us. We felt very comfortable - thank you for that!
