A parking space under a porch roof closed by an automatic grid will allow you to secure your car or/ and your motorbikes / bikes.

If you don't want to do the cleaning (as indicated in the rules) you can opt for the cleaning option at €80 (only on request)

A private parking space will allow you to park in front of the studio.
